A REAL Town Hall on Health Care

If you are taking part in the “astroturf” protest at Harry Mitchell’s office on Saturday, here is an event to follow-up with, get out of the heat and have some iced tea!

 Shadegg Hosts Health Care Town

Please join me for a Health Care Town Hall on Saturday, August 8, 2009.

National health care reform has prompted intense debates in the U.S. Congress as well as at  many kitchen tables around the country.  As we continue to discuss the future of health care in America, I encourage everyone to voice their thoughts on the legislation under consideration.

I would like to hear your recommendations on how we can improve health care in America.  Your input will play a vital role as I consider each and every provision in this legislation.

Please share this invitation widely with family, friends, and anyone who may be interested in attending my Health Care Town Hall on Saturday.  I would be honored if you would join me.

Date:                Saturday, August 8, 2009

Time:                11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Location:          Arcadia Neighborhood Learning Center
                       4330 N. 62nd St.
                       Scottsdale, AZ 85251
The event will be held in the cafeteria

  1. Intolerant Xenophobe says

Is this the same John Shadegg who has refused to lift a finger to fight illegal aliens turning our Emergency Rooms into free clinics? How can John Shadegg be part of the solution when he has for so long been part of the problem?

  2. Flaccid and Furious says

I hear Shadegg is mean to puppies too! Unlike a clock that’s correct twice a day, Shadegg is wrong on everything and is dead to our party. Intolerant Xenophobe is right. Let’s never let up on this RINO!

(Sarcasm is so ugly and unpersuasive… but feels so good sometimes. Apologies.)

  3. Well, it would be nice if all meetings like this were an actual exchange of ideas rather than a mob shouting down any rational discourse. So I hope Rep. Shadegg has an effective meeting that will help us solve the real problems facing health care in this country and not a stage for angry people who are threatened not so much by specific proposals on health care but with cultural and racial anxiety that make them act crazy because they don’t really understand what being an American means.

  4. This whole site is a parody, right?

  5. Mesa Mike says

“…but with cultural and racial anxiety that…”

Very dependable of you Richard to shout “racist” when illegal aliens clogging up Emergency Rooms with no intent to pay is mentioned. At least a million illegal aliens passign through Emergency Rooms on the industry’s dime makes you stop to ask “Which Bill did Shadegg introduce to end this expensive scam?” None.

Will Shadegg be signing up Republican PCs Saturday? If we promise to work against the County and State Republican Party? Repubhttp://www.gopusa.com/arizona/news/shadegg_rjc_0904131.shtmllican Party?
