Longtime Grassroots Activist and Party Stalwart Focused on Maximizing Party Impact
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – After years of working in the ranks, serving as an elected precinct committeeman, elected State Committeeman and delegate to the Arizona GOP State Convention as well as an alternate to the RNC Convention held in July, Yvonne Cahill LD-23 has put her name forward to serve as the Second Vice Chair of the Maricopa County Republican Committee.
“We cannot allow the momentum of this year’s election to pass by without a dedicated effort to have a highly functioning GOP, which means increasing the voter base heading into the 2018 cycle,” said Cahill in identifying why she is running. She added, “Communicating the message of what it means to be a Republican, educating the public to the benefits of the principles our party stands for is crucial. This will take a strategic communication plan and the willingness to do the work necessary to see guarantee success.”
Maricopa County elected precinct committeemen will meet on January 14, 2017 at the El Zaribah Shriner’s Auditorium where they will elect the new leadership for 2017-18.
