Candidate Auggie Bartning: Prop 121 Puts Arizonans Last

Auggie Bartning

Phoenix – Auggie Bartning released the following statement today regarding his opposition to Prop 121.

“Prop 121 or the “Top Two” does nothing to serve Arizonans, but rather will limit their choices on elections and will limit any chance for third-party success. Arizona does not need a system that provides more power to party leaders and costs the state more money to implement. The Top Two system would also cause elections to become more expensive and would discourage well qualified candidates from running.”

Auggie will appear on the Dennis Wilenchick radio show at 4:05pm today. Please tune in to KFNX 1100AM and hear what Auggie has to say about this election’s propositions and other topics that are important to the growth and stability of our great state.

Republican Legislative Candidate Auggie Bartning to Debate Katie Hobbs Tonight

Auggie Bartning

Tempe – Auggie Bartning, candidate for Arizona State Senate in legislative district twenty-four, released the following statement today regarding his expectations of the debate with state senator Katie Hobbs this evening.

“I look forward to debating Katie this evening. We all know our state faces problems but I will be providing solutions to these problems that are burdening Arizonans. Tonight’s debate will exemplify the differences between my opponent and me. We both recognize the issues that are facing our state. However, there are two different paths the people of LD24 can choose in order to successfully fix our state’s problems. Hopefully the constituents will walk away tonight with a better understanding of whom will best represent their will in Arizona’s LD24.”

September 25, 2012
