Rasmussen has SC as a tie

Rasmussen Reports now reports that Senator McCain and Governor Huckabee are tied in South Carolina. Both candidates could use a clear victory to help with fundraising before the winner take all contest in Florida. For more analysis of the race see our story The Wyoming strategy.
