Felipe Calderon insults Arizona, The United States

Today, the Presidente of Mexico, Felipe Calderon spoke to a joint session of Congress. During his speech, he insulted the State of Arizona.

To add insult to injury, Congressional Democrats stood up and applauded when President Calderon made the comment.

It was akin to having a neighbor come into your home and insult one of your children in front of the entire family.

¬°President Calderon, Lea la ley!

And not a single Republican had the nerve to turn their backs on him and walk out. Spineless!

  2. Delusional Bill says

Spineless? True. But are we surprised when an administration that has spent every day since election to denigrate and condemn 200 plus years of history of this country invites a foreign leader to do the same? The only thing missing is the graffiti covered halls of congress.

  3. Steve Calabrese says

We need to listen to this man because Mexico is such a shining example of civil rights, the rule of law, and incredible propsperity.

What a joke. Why DIDN’T some Republicans walk out? Disgraceful.

  4. I could not believe the nerve of Calderon to come into MY house and insult MY state. I have now doubt the Mitchell, Giffords, and Kirkpatrick were part of the D’s standing O they gave him.

Where’s the traitorous John McCain now? Impotent puppet!

DHS just announced they may not process illegal immigrant criminals referred from Arizona! Don McCain and John Kyl should be flooding the airwaves and our inboxes with denouncements of this White House administration. Is there not one sober Capital Hill Republican with a pair? or are they all too stupid to realize they’ve just been insulted?

Everyday there’s a home invasion in Maricopa county and we have a drunkard of a county attorney broadcasting that he will be soft on prosecutions. He should expect a civil suit from every victim of crime by illegal immigrants in Maricopa county. Our livelihoods, our property and way of life are under siege by foreigners and our government wages war against those of us who try to defend ourselves!

  6. Lydia D. says

Very true, Jane001. We are under siege not only from the La Raza gang, but our own Federal Gov’t. They flat out said they would ignore all AZ requests for their assistance in deporting criminal illegals. Our Federal gov’t has essentially declared war on AZ, and the rest of the country is watching carefully.

In the meantime, instead of deporting them flat out (which won’t happen), maybe we should just keep them and have them do hard labor for us. Put them to work! Perhaps a tent city along our southern border building our fence!

After they get through with our border with Mexico, it can start of the AZ/California border…

  7. Jane 001 says

Lydia, I’m glad not to be the only one who feels our President has declared war on Arizona. Fortunately, ALIPAC logs in 17 more states filing their own SB1070 laws:

    ARKANSAS
    IDAHO
    INDIANA
    MARYLAND
    MICHIGAN
    MINNESOTA
    MISSOURI
    NEBRASKA
    NEVADA
    NEW JERSEY
    OHIO
    OKLAHOMA
    PENNSYLVANIA
    RHODE ISLAND
    SOUTH CAROLINA
    TEXAS
    UTAH

Thankfully, legislation to address automatic citizenship is underway. CBS5 is trying to generate early negative press, but I hope Arizonans will get behind the idea of ending automatic citizenship.

  8. They didn’t walk out because the U.S. Chamber of Commerce wouldn’t give permisson!

Hell, a year or so ago McCain/Kyl/Shadegg and Flake would have sponsored this guy for an RNC fundraiser!

But elections have funny ways of creating deathbed conversions!

American History: 1954 PRESIDENTS HOOVER & EISENHOWER DEPORTED MILLIONS OF ILLEGALS SO AMERICANS HAD WORK! Here is something to pass around. I did not know of this until it was pointed out to me. Back during the great depression, President Herbert Hoover ordered the deportation of all illegal aliens in order to make the jobs available to American citizens that desperately needed work. And then again in 1954, President Dwight Eisenhower deported 1.3 million Mexican nationals (called operation “Wetback”) in order that returning American WWII and Korean veterans had a better chance at jobs. It took 2 years, but they deported them. If they could deport the illegals back then, they can sure do it today!! If you have doubts about the veracity of this information, just type Operation Wetback into your favorite search engine and confirm it for yourself. Reminder don’t forget to pay your taxes…..12 million illegal aliens are depending on you!
