E-Verify is a Tool to Stop Illegals, Right? FALSE

Wait, isn’t e-Verify central to stopping illegals?

Well, no, stopping them at the border STOPS illegals.

Then won’t e-Verify stop illegals by not letting them get jobs?

That’s the claim, except for a couple of important points:

1) e-Verify, or in other words, “Automated Employment Eligibility Verification”, was actually the brainchild of the Council on Foreign Relations, otherwise known as the OPEN BORDERS GLOBALIST LOBBY!  (Click here to read for yourself.)

How can that be you ask?  Well, it’s central to their cross-border CANAMEXUS “labor mobility” plan.

They know that once everyone is in the work database (really the US Department of Homeland Security national id database for which e-Verify is just a user front end), that as soon as “open borders” passes, they simply flip the switch from Mexican Citizen eligible = N to Mexican Citizen eligible = Y, and VOILA, the 21 million illegals go from e-Verify clearance NO to YES …. OVERNIGHT!!!!

(Betcha Kris Kobach of FAIR who wrote SB1070 didn’t tell you about that part.  Oh, should we mention that Kris Kobach is a former lawyer for the US Department of Homeland Security who is building the national id database?)

2) The only way e-Verify works in the first place is if they have the records BEFOREHAND of everyone who is “supposed to be here”.  Well, how does the federal government get that information?  Hmmm…..

(See I Dont Care Who you Are The Government Does)

The STATES give it to them!  The states turn over their drivers license and birth certificate databases to the US Department of Homeland Security so the feds can construct a massive national id database on all US citizens.

Yes, but didn’t Arizona defeat REAL ID?  Sure, but REAL ID is only 1 of 100 or more national id programs.  In Arizona, one of the only parts of SB1070 left standing after the federal judge ruling was the section that GUESS WHAT!!!!! turned over all state citizens’ private license data (for any license), including all UNIQUE IDENTIFIERS over to GUESS WHOM??? the US Department of Homeland Security to put in their national id database!  (Betcha Russell Pearce didn’t tell you about that little detail!)

Anyway, is it any surpise the feds are doing this?  They’ve been at it for over a decade.  Too bad the teapartiers weren’t paying attention as “conservatives” they were supporting sold out their privacy,  sovereignity, and birthright to the feds for some silver pieces (attention in the media).

3) Now we have this… Of course, it was an inevitability.  CITIZENS’ BIOMETRICS NEEDED for E-VERIFY to WORK

To make e-Verify “really work”, we’re going to have to pony up the most private of private data, our personal bio-metrics to the feds to put in their national id database, including our HANDS (finger prints) and our FORHEADS (facial recognition technology).

See Security Industry Assoiation Recommends Biometric Authentication for Federal E-Verify Programme

Are our “conservatives” like Pearce and Adams going to tell us that us law abiding citizens have to give up MORE to the feds to “stop illegals”?

(By the way have you noticed how those you thought were “conservatives” have stopped calls to secure the ACTUAL BORDER?  Weird right?)

Summary

Real conservatives, in other words, those who are religious and opposing the mark as well as those who have never wavered from wanting smaller government, less government intrusion, lower spending and lower taxes have been sold out by false conservatives who use the illegal immigration issue as cover to push their agenda of larger government, more police power over law abiding citizens and to implement national id.

The teaparty should take note.

Smaller government is NOT bigger government and bigger government is NOT smaller government.

Further the way you secure the border NOW is PUTTING ARIZONAS NATIONAL GUARD THERE.  Not putting all law abiding citizens into the US Department of Homeland Security’s national id database.

  1. Blasphemer. You dare question the wisdom of the powerful leaders of Arizona? You sir are a liberal activist ACORN plant. It is obvious that if you oppose the leaders, you are not a conservative because we must follow the definition of conservatives as laid out by Brewer, Arpiao and Pearce.

  2. Personally, I don’t care who is pursuing the globalist agenda.

Whoever is.. is the enemy, regardless of whether they were our friends on other things.

National ID and Open Border is simply non-negotiable and there is no amount of political cover that can be provided to the politicians who sell out on one or both of these issues, regardless of who they are

AND THAT INCLUDES KIRK ADAMS, JAN BREWER AND RUSSELL PEARCE!

  3. So you’re saying that Kris Kobach and Russell Pearce are part of the open borders crowd? In secret?

  4. I didn’t see any such thing in this blog post, personally.

It said what it said. For example, Kobach is/was an attorney for the US Department of Homeland Security which is building the national id database.

Russell Pearce moved forward the documented (and linked in the post) CFR globalist agenda.

Whether me meant to or not, he did.

It’s even worse for a politican to not know he’s doing something that he does!

  5. GOP Boomer Gal says:

    Tin foil hats, anyone?

  6. Well, Ober, the author certainly implies that they are secretly part of the open borders crowd (e.g. “use the illegal immigration issue as cover to push their agenda of larger government”).

Even under your interpretation, though, they’re dupes who are/were too dumb to know what they were drafting and advocating for. That’s not exactly a ringing endorsement of our Senate President.

  7. The author joined the “massive national ID database” the day he got a social security number. e-Verify is just a more convenient form of enforcement.

Did Jerry Colonjello and John McCain consult with the author for this article?

  8. If 40 percent or more of illegal alien workers are visa overstayers or people violating the terms of their visas you cant solve the problem just at the border.

“e-Verify, or in other words, “Automated Employment Eligibility Verification”, was actually the brainchild of the Council on Foreign Relations, otherwise known as the OPEN BORDERS GLOBALIST LOBBY! (Click here to read for yourself.)”

For the hell of it I read this report and it doesn’t say squat about E Verify and its written in 2005. E Verify evolved out of pilot programs from the early and mid 1990’s. It’s not something cooked up by the “CFR” or the “OPEN BORDERS GLOBALIST LOBBY” in 2005.

  10. Sam Gerard says:

First, VSB: well said! I also scanned the report, did word searches and found nothing “MadArizonan” (Perhaps better known as LunaticArizonan!) claimed was in the report.

Now this “LunaticArizonan” can now decide who is a ‘real’ conservative versus a ‘false’ conservative? AS JJ aptly pointed out All American citizens (PLUS far too many ‘anchor babies’) receive birth certificates and Social Security numbers at birth. There is no need for a biometric for citizens of the US.

Frankly I strongly suspect “MadArizonan” is simply an open borders advocate writing as a lunatic to discredit the real conservatives! When Oberserve supports the guy I’m convinced that he’s a ‘Wolf in Sheep’s clothing’

  11. Sam Gerard says:

@Oberserve: You are silly and mistaken for claiming that Kobach & Pearce moved forward any ‘globalist agenda’!

Working for DHS doesn’t make Kobach or anyone eles a ‘hidden’ open-borders advocate. You say that MadAz said Kobach “..is/was an attorney…” for DHS. Well, which is it? IS he, or WAS he!?

NOR DOES promoting e-verify make you a ‘Globalist’. You are patently (deliberately?) mistaken when you claim that e-verify is a “…documented CFR globalist agenda..”

Based on Oberserve’s posts on prior SA blogs, I wonder why he would attempt to substantiate something so ridiculous, except to discredit the anti-illegal immigration movement, and Russell Pearce in particular. Get a life Oberserve!

  12. Paula Pennypacker says:

This blog is not even worth reading.

Long before E-Verify, Korbach, Pearce, Arpaio and the rest who are mentioned in this article, there was a little known Special Agent at the former INS in 1984 who built the predecessor to E-Verify known as Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE). He was a proponent of a mandatory employment eligibility verification system for employers throughout the 1980’s, but was threatened and transferred out of Washington, D.C. when the “powers-that-be” realized he could pull it off. His name is Neville Cramer and he has the documentation to prove these facts. Or you can read more about this in his outstanding book titled, Immigration Chaos.

When I asked Cramer about the truthfulness this blog — he had this to say.

“Rather than pointing out all of the stupid conspiracy theories, try this – implement mandatory E-Verify nationwide, with a $25,000 fine for not using it, and enough “interior enforcement personnel” to make it happen. It will work to eliminate 85% to 90% of the illegal immigration into this country from around the world, including Mexico.”

Up to 90 percent! You read that right!

“That is exactly why we don’t have it – it will work, He added.

Translation? Politicians would rather push meaningless reforms that jazz up their base and make them appear tough on illegal immigration rather than implement something that really works!!!

“Any country that can put a man on the moon and bring him back to earth safely, can certainly develop a system to verify if Social Security numbers and Resident Alien Card numbers are being used properly! Who is kidding who? And I am NOT talking about a National I.D. – in case any of those George Orwell fans are hiding under their beds waiting for the impending doom!.” Cramer added.

“E-Verify is currently run by people who know virtually nothing about verification, fraudulent documents, immigration status, interior enforcement, or anything else directly related to E-Verify. As soon as the program is turned back over to the ICE gang, and it is used as an enforcement tool (as it should be), only then will it become a viable system.”

I don’t know who wrote this blog, but they are people who have little knowledge of reality when it comes to curtailing illegal immigration, and a lot of time on their hands to develop meaningless conspiracy theories.

  13. First register every American so they can prove they are American and can go to school, the store, the hospital, or drive on the highway. Then figure out who has guns (different database, same objective). Then take all the guns and gold coins.
    GAME OVER!

  14. That’s an excellent point. Automated Employment Eligibility verification was one of the national id programs that the Clintons were pursuing in the early nineties.

And here we have “conservatives” passing it in Arizona!

As far as SSNs know, there were SSNs long before there was the national id database, so Minuteman you’re wrong.

I see no one addressed the fact that e-Verify will be used to authorize all illegals to work once open borders passes.

You can delude yourselves all you want. Your own ignorance doesn’t change anything.
    Your opinions don’t change anything.

  15. Sam Gerard says:

@Paula: Excellent response! Neville really knows his stuff, his book is indeed excellent!

Earlier Oberserve stated, “I see no one addressed the fact that e-Verify will be used to authorize all illegals to work once open borders passes.”

I see Oberserve is getting drunk on the ‘koolaid’! Delusional beliefs are not the same as ‘facts’. Ignorance is on Parade in this blog and Oberserve’s comments

You know what, I have to blame the “Men in Black” for the whole ‘illegal alien’ problem…

Yeah, Tommy Lee Jones released the wrong “aliens” in that movie. Perhasps Oberserve and “Mad(Lunatic?)Arizona and still catch a ride on the Mothership to find all the answers?

  16. Sam,

Your response is ironic. Pretty much all naysayers here resulted in name calling. That is not fact based and is what those do who do not have facts.

I also see that there are some people who honestly believe that e-Verify will stop illegals. There are others here who know it wont, and will do or say anything to hide that fact because they support the globalist agenda of open borders and putting everyone, American and Mexican (and Canadian alike) into a national id database.

Again, what you all *feel* about this is irrelevant. What is ACTUALLY HAPPENING is the only thing that matters.

No matter how bad you FEEL it’s not true is completely irrelevant.

  17. Minuteman II says:

We do not look to e-Verify to stop illegals. Of course stopping them at the border is preferred. e-Verify is only intended to remove the incentive of coming and ensure compliance with U.S. hiring laws. But, MadArizonan throws out the red herring that we expect e-Verify to “stop illegal immigration.”

Fingerprints are now considered “citizen biometrics”…oooh, sounds scary, until I remember giving up my finger prints to obtain a real estate sales license 25 years ago. The e-Verify process alone has likely caused thousands of illegal border crossers to return home.

e-Verify shuts up open border activists like Napolitano, McCain and Flake (to some degree). They know there is no good argument against it.

MadArizonan, run paranoid of big brother all you want. I want my legal citizen brother-in-law to get that next roofing job and not lose it to an illegal alien who will send his wages out of the country.

  18. Nobody expects e-Verify to stop illegal immigration. We do expect it to prevent illegals from getting an honest job. It works.

If you have a SS# you are on the grid. e-Verify does not make this any more or less so. Although, thanks to e-Verify, we have identified thousands of cases of stolen identity and restored even more American jobs.

Ron Paul is great on a lot of issues. Combating the illegal invasion is not one of them. The feds refuse to shut down the border – the rest of us are doing what we can about it.

  19. Nobody expects e-Verify to stop illegal immigration. We do expect it to prevent illegals from getting an honest job. It works.

  20. The difference, Minuteman II and Read Bull, is that e-Verify will not reduce illegal immigration unless you are intending to say that once the borders are swung open that e-Verify will validate as “eligible” all those former illegals who will then become legal overnight!

LOL. You are such useful idiots, supporting the tool that will do the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of what you intend.

Not to mention that your OPINION about putting ALL PEOPLE in a federal database to stop SOME PEOPLE, trampling the constitution in the process, and providing the federal executive with the power to determine which CITIZENS can get a job and which cannot is “American” just means that you are ANTI-patriots and you LOVE big government.

Anyway, I’ve read the CFR, SPP and NAU documents. There’s no tin foil hat about it. They are very open about the fact that e-Verify is a PREREQUISITE for their OPEN, not closed, border plan.

Your ignorance of that fact means nothing more than you are helping the Open Borderists and serving as the tools for your own (and my) destruction.

  21. Observe, Getting an honest job requires a SS#. The problem has been SS#s are easily faked. e-Verify was invented to solve exactly that problem.

Attrition through enforcement. e-Verify is not at all intended to end illegal immigration. It is intended to, and does keep illegals from getting an honest job. e-Verify is not a border enforcement tool at all…it is an interior enforcement tool.

The day you disclaim all benefits afforded you by virtue of your honest possession of a SS# is the day you will have credibility. You don’t agree with the federal government knowing who we citizens are? Then get off the grid or quit complaining.

e-Verify is not intended to stop anyone at the border, just cancel the motivation to sneak in or, encourage self deportation. We would rather the feds sealed the border and e-Verify was not necessary. That’s not the world we live in. Illegals take real jobs from real Americans and deplete our economy. Thankfully, e-Verify does exist as one of too few tools to make life hell for illegal aliens.

  22. “Wait, isn’t e-Verify central to stopping illegals?”

NO. It is central (or almost central) to keep them from getting an honest job in America.

  23. Read Bull,

You said “The problem has been SS#s are easily faked. e-Verify was invented to solve exactly that problem.” You don’t know that.

The concept of e-Verify was created under the CLINTON adminstration under their school to work commission to control American’s access to jobs, not at all what you describe.

You say: “The day you disclaim all benefits afforded you by virtue of your honest possession of a SS# is the day you will have credibility”

Hmm… so you think all of those benefits are honest, huh? You probably also think they are the proper role of government to administer too.

Do you think that makes you conservative? That makes you a LIB!
