     DES deputy director Ken Deibert compares CPS issues to “typographical error.” You think they would be a little contrite at this point.

     In the case of Ariana and Tyler Payne it is not that CPS failed to act. They did act. They instructed police to leave the children with the father despite a court order denying him custody and even visitation rights. That seems to rise to the level of more than a typographical error at a newspaper.
