Remove Rob Robson – Cited!

VOTE for John King and Jill Norgaard for LD18 House –  Tom Morrissey for LD18 Senate

Arizona Legislator Rob Robson, recently endorsed by Governor Brewer, was cited late Monday with a Class 2 Misdemeanor for stealing yard signs! The Maricopa County Sheriffs Department cited the thieving Legislator for violating section 16-1019A – tampering with campaign signs and set a court date for September 2, 2014 in the San Marco Court, presided over by Judge Frankle at 9:00 am.      Robson Censured

Robson received $15,000 from Governor Brewer who refers to all who have promised to keep Obamacare and Common Core in Arizona as “responsible, considerate Republicans.”  Suspending the Rules is considerate?  I call that cheating. Spending more money than Arizona taxpayers make and pay in taxes to the state is responsible?  I call that stealing. Only the Governor who calls a Special Session to pass a budget that is in-between committee could make these statements with a straight face.

Rob Robson was harshly  censured by the Republican Party throughout Arizona for a list of votes which violate the core Republican principles of limited government and individual liberties including Obamacare Medicaid Expansion, Common Core, and increasing spending leaving Arizona taxpayers with a potential tax increase.  Robson cheated in the Special Session when he voted to suspend the rules of the house to force OBrewercare Medicaid Expansion on Arizona.

Robson was then BLACKLISTED by the grassroots in Arizona and two excellent conservative candidates, John King and Jill Norgaard,  stepped up to primary him in legislative district 18.

Throughout LD18 ‘Arrow of Truth’ signs begin popping up next to Robson’s signs with simple ‘Voted for Obamacare’ and an arrow pointing to the signs. The signs began disappearing so a team sat one night

Arrow of Truth

and witnessed Robson and an accomplice working as a team removing the signs and destroying them before disposing of them.  They captured the vehicle leaving the scene with a license plate clearly reading “ROBSON”. The investigation is still ongoing.

‘Tidy the Tent’ in Arizona.

Remove ROB ROBSON.  And Don’t Dial his buddy.

VOTE for John King and Jill Norgaard for LD18 House –  Tom Morrissey for LD18 Senate

The Voting Pattern of Michele Reagan

It is time to www.fightforarizona.com

Do NOT vote for Michele Reagan. She sold the Republicans out in 2004, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2013.

It is time for all Republicans to take a stand and hold those we elect accountable.

Michele Reagan has a bad pattern that is not Republican and is not Principled

  • Michele Reagan voted to not notify a parent if their own child was to have an abortion.
  • Michele Reagan voted to teach sex education to kindergartners.
  • Michele Reagan voted FOR Obamacare Medicaid Expansion.
  • Michele Reagan voted to give entitlements to illegal immigrants by removing the Proof of Citizenship Requirement.
  • Michele Reagan voted for budgets that spent more money then she knew she had.
  • Michele Reagan voted in 2004, 2008, and 2013 with a handful of Republicans and ALL the Democrats for a Democrat deficit budget.

But she is really nice.  And she wants to be one step away from being the Governor of Arizona.

It is time to hold Republicans accountable.

 =================================================================

2013: Republican Legislative Districts and Counties CENSURED Michele Regan saying:

“we therefore disassociate ourselves from the governor and these legislators, and encourage other Republicans to likewise disassociate themselves from any of the above who may be candidates for any office in the upcoming 2014 elections, or any election thereafter, and affirm our withholding of support of all kinds.”

2006:  Michele votes to stop the notarization of parents when a child wants an abortion joining with 100% of the Democrat caucus and 2 other Republicans on HB 2666 – Notarized Parental Consent for Abortions.

2013: Michele voted for the Obamacare Medicaid Expansion. Then she voted against it.

Michele votes ‘YEA’ for Obrewercare, SB1492, joining 5 Republicans and all the Democrats, in the middle of the night, after Senator McComish makes a motion to suspend the rules, to stop Senate President Andy Biggs from trying to save Arizona from the train-wreck that is Obamacare.

Michele changes her reason for her vote but now she is saying, “I voted for the Andy Biggs budget.”

No she did not.  Andy Bigg’s budget was modified so badly that even he voted against it.

2009:  Michele sponsors a bill to teach sex education in the Kindergarten classroom, HB2544.

2008: In 2008 Michele voted for a deficit producing budget, ‘YEA’ with three Republicans, 100% of the Democrats, and Governor Napolitano on HB2209 to pass by a 31 YEA to 29 NAY vote.

(No Republican that voted for the 2004 or 2008 budget is serving in an elected office except for Michele.)

2004: Democrat budget: Michele voted ‘YEA’ with 14 Republicans for Democrat Janet Napolitano’s budget to raise the state budget more than a billion dollars.

Resolutions were passed by every district but one demanding her loyalty to Republican planks saying:

Do not sell out our Republican principles and the promise of 3 years funding that will benefit a few special interests at the cost of our State sovereignty and our core Republican values. We will adamantly oppose those who compromise our core values for short term political expediency.”

She sold YOU OUT.  Did you mean it?  Do NOT vote for Michele Reagan.

It is time for Republicans to hold those we elect accountable for their votes.

The ‘Good Guys’ – 2014 Arizona Elections

Alliance of Principled Conservatives – 2014 Arizona Elections

The Alliance of Principled Conservatives is pleased to present the ‘Good Guy List,’ an Arizona Republican Primary election guide to principled conservatives who will protect your freedomsprotect your wallet, and protect Arizona.

We are pleased to also announce that all of the incumbent candidates on the ‘Good Guy‘ list have also been endorsed by the National Federation of Independent Businesses NFIB.  No candidate on the APC ‘Blacklist‘ has been endorsed by NFIB.

Additionally every incumbent candidate on the APC ‘Good Guy’ list has received high scores on the Americans for Prosperity 2014 Arizona Legislative Scorecard with the majority receiving a cumulative designation of ‘Champion of the Taxpayer’.

The National Federation of Independent Businesses states “the legislative candidates endorsed by NFIB today are proven friends of free enterprise whom Arizona small-business owners can trust to place their responsibility to taxpayers first over the interests of bigger government and its enablers.”

The candidates on the APC ‘Blacklist’ have tried to demonize the mission of APC as non-comprehensive and one-issue focused. Ethan Orr in LD9 continuously states that his Obamacare Medicaid Expansion vote is the only vote people find disagreeable. Heather Carter in LD15 blatantly ignores the Republican Party joining Jeff Dial and Rob Robson in LD18 bragging that their Crony-Capitalist war chest is all they need to get the votes to retain their seats.

The Blacklisted candidates trumpet their commitment to the Obamacare Medicaid Expansion, Common Core, increasing your taxes, and SPENDING MORE THAN WE PAY in taxes.  APC is glad that organizations like NFIB and AFP prove that the Blacklisted candidates do NOT deserve a vote based on their commitment to ‘bigger government and its enablers.’

Join APC in supporting the ‘Good Guys‘ – principled conservatives, small-business owners, and hard-working taxpayers along with the friends of free enterprise, NFIB and the champions of limited-government, AFP.

PHASE I – Goodbye LegisTraitors

In the 2013 legislative session Governor Jan Brewer led 15 Republicans a.k.a. the Brewercrats to join with 100% of the Democrats in passing liberal progressive policies that harm economic growth.  They passed Medicaid Expansion, Obrewercare, Common Core and then increased taxes and spending by hundreds of millions of dollars giving Arizona a budget with a structural deficit of 400 million dollars.  They refused 48 Republican offered compromises.

Most of the Brewercrats are in heavy Republican districts where it is extremely difficult for a Republican to lose in the general election.  Five of the six traitorous Senators are in “strong Republican” districts with double-digit Republican leads meaning they are not even competitive in the general election. Four of the nine Representatives have double-digit leads.  Twelve of the traitors are in districts considered non-competitive because they have over a 4% republican voter registration.

We do not accept the excuses for these traitors, we reject the victim mentality, and we are fighting for Arizona.

The grassroots has fielded conservative candidates across the state to defeat the LegisTraitors and keep Arizona Red.

The status of the 15 LegisTraitors:

  • 3 – No Primary
  • 3 – Gone, Surrendered, moved, running for State Office
  • 9 –have Primaries

PHASE II – NO Thanks Future Brewercrats

The LegisTraitors fight back and have fielded candidates to continue their campaign to turn Arizona Purple with establishment candidates.  Heather Carter, Kate Brophy-McGee, Jeff Dial, and Rob Robson are actively fundraising and campaigning to elect new members to continue to shove the Obama-agenda down our throats.  Yes it is true.  Sitting legislators are trying to replace incumbent candidates in their own party.

PHASE III –Leave the Bubble Blank

Not Voting is a Vote. The grassroots did not field candidates against three of the LegisTraitors. Leave the bubble blank and let your voice of complaint be heard.  Referred to as an “undervote” it is indeed a vote and is often referred to as  “none of the above”.

LegisTraitor Season Opens in the Republican Primaries

Primary Season opens in Arizona with the Alliance of Principled Conservatives fielding candidates against the censured incumbent Republicans committed to turning the state purple with Obamacare Medicaid Expansion, Common Core, and out-of-control spending, a.k.a. the LegisTraitors.

The war within the Republican Party is not a new war.  Ronald Reagan did not start this war nor did he end this war in the 1980s. Ever hear of Rockefeller? Rockefeller is now RINO and Reagan’s name is interchanged with Goldwater and when starting this conversation you will hear mutterings of George Mason and his admonishment that the rights given to the federal government never surmount those given to the people.  We are equally inspired by the war cry of ‘Freedom’ in the movie Braveheart as we are with the Bible and Moses pleas “Let my people go.”

The Republican Party in Arizona is today’s battleground.

Governor Brewer has formed team Coalition of Corruption consisting of 15 LegisTraitors and all the Democrats.  Team color is purple. They are attacking our Party planks of individual liberty and state sovereignty

The Alliance of Principled Conservatives is fighting back fielding Principled Conservatives to take out the LegisTraitors and restore a true Republican majority.

We have a simple requirement:  vote like a Republican.

Ten sitting incumbents are facing primary challengers.  Two surrendered when faced with the reality of the grassroots assa
ult and wisely decided not to run for re-election.

The War for Arizona – Brewer forms “The Coalition of Corruption “

Arizona is a conservative state full of fiercely patriotic citizens who prize individual rights, limited government, and fiscal sanity.  A friend recently surmised that Arizona may also be one of the most corrupt States due to the fact that we find ourselves at the mercy of a finger wagging Governor and 15 legislators who sold out Arizona to the Obama agenda.

The conclusion that Arizona is a conservative corrupt state is because in the 2013 legislative session Governor Jan Brewer led the 15 Republican Legistraitors to form a corrupt coalition with 100% of the Democrats in passing liberal progressive policies that harm economic growth and hand the state of Arizona over to the Federal Government.  They passed the OBrewercare Medicaid Expansion, Common Core, and then increased taxes and spending by hundreds of millions of dollars leaving the Arizona budget with a structural deficit of 400 million dollars.

And they were rewarded with a campaign chest full of money.

The 15 LegisTraitors were each given donations averaging $35,000 each at a special fundraiser for those special republicans who voted for Brewer in that special session. And then they turned around and had a second fundraiser in October. They believe that all this money will ensure their re-election.

Many of the legislators in this Coalition of Corruption are in legislative districts with double-digit Republican majorities.

The fall of 2013 brought cries of defense and a chorus proclaiming “they” would not do it again – not in an election year.  Well they did.  The 2014 session solidified the coalition of corruption and they sat smirking with their arms crossed in committee meetings demanding and receiving a budget with a half a billion dollar structural deficit.

There is absolutely no reason that a heavily Republican district should have a Republican in Name Only (R.I.N.O.) in the State Legislature.

The Alliance rejects all excuses for these traitors and the victim mentality that we must elect those with an ‘R’ beside their name.  We fully intend to fight for Arizona and for the election of principled conservatives.

Powered by audacity and conviction the grassroots throughout Arizona have stood up to criticism and belittlement and they have primary candidates for nine of the LegisTraitors.

We started with 15 LegisTraitors.

Three are not running in 2014.  Michelle shame-to-the-name-Reagan desires a reward for her treachery with a promotion to Secretary of State.  Rich Crandall moved and was replaced by good guy David Farnsworth (who we must re-elect).  John McComish quickly surrendered when faced with primary candidate Tom Morrissey.

Ten candidates have stepped up to serve David Burnell Smith, Darla Dawald, John Fillmore, Sam Merano, Shawnna Bolick, John King, Jill Norgaard, Ralph Heap, Tom Morrissey, and John Kavanagh.

The Republican Primary Season begins in Arizona. The Chamber of Commerce, corporate welfare recipients, and crony capitalists have well funded candidates running against grassroot candidates fueled by the passion of Republican principles and the belief in state sovereignty.

The Establishment Trap

I was recently invited for coffee by a close friend and fellow Republican to discuss upcoming state legislative races. Well respected in both local grass roots circles as well as the so called “GOP Establishment,” he was chosen to reach out to me in hopes of convincing me to not get involved in several key legislative primaries. However, by the time we finished our second cup of coffee, he would not only fail to convince me to stay silent, but he would instead volunteer to help me in my efforts to inform GOP voters of the threat to our state. It took a simple history lesson to change his mind.

I take you back to the 46th Legislature. In 2004, a handful of so called “pragmatic” Republicans conspired with Democrats to give then Governor Janet Napolitano a budget that would increase state spending by more than $700 million, a 10% increase in spending in a year that saw little inflation (2%).

Worse yet, that budget created a $500 million budget deficit; in violation of Arizona’s Constitution which requires a balanced budget. Rightfully, fiscal conservatives were outraged at what was clearly an irresponsible budget. In response, conservatives recruited fiscally responsible primary opponents to challenge these fiscally irresponsible Republicans.

Then the “GOP Establishment” stepped in. They argued that we risked losing our legislative majorities by running more conservative candidates in the general. Even going as far as saying that even though these “pragmatic” Republicans may have strayed a bit and voted with Democrats for the big spending budget, at least they voted right on things like guns, faith and family issues. They used the old rationale of “even the worst Republican is better than the best Democrat any day.” Generally I would agree with that statement, however, it only holds true if those Republicans support the Republican platform and not the Democrat platform. In 2004, there were 39 Republicans in the House and 17 in the Senate. (In Arizona, you need only control 31 seats in the House and 16 in the Senate to maintain your majority.)

Many of the party faithful bought the establishment’s argument, held their noses and voted for the fiscally irresponsible Republicans “for the good of the Party.” Deep down they hoped these “pragmatic” Republicans would realize the error of their ways and act “more Republican” and fiscally responsible if they got re-elected. As a result, the fiscally conservative challengers were defeated and the “GOP Establishment” candidates got re-elected.

What did voting for the establishment candidate get us? Over the next few years, more and more spending occurred and the budget deficit got bigger, ballooning to over $2.2 billion. Well at least it helped us keep our majorities in the legislature right? Not exactly, in the House the GOP lost six seats and our majority declined to 33 seats; dangerously close to the 31 needed to maintain majority control.

Then in 2008, “Pragmatic Republicans” did it again. Cutting a backroom deal in the dark of night with legislative Democrats and Governor Napolitano, four House and four Senate Republicans essentially voted to put Arizona on the verge of Bankruptcy. They left the State with no money in the Rainy Day Fund and a $3 Billion budget deficit. This time conservatives had enough.

A grassroots groundswell of conservative candidates filed to run for the legislature and challenge the big spenders of both parties. Once again the “GOP Establishment” clamored about “party unity, we’re going to lose our majority if we elect conservatives in the primary, think of the big picture and don’t get hung up on a single budget vote, etc.” This time, despite the GOP establishment spending heavily on their “pragmatic” candidates, the GOP primary voters weren’t going to listen.

Fiscal conservatives won primary after primary, soundly defeating establishment candidates in several key races. Instead of lining up behind the party’s nominees, the GOP establishment instead sided with Democrats by undermining conservative candidates in the general election. Establishment lackey and so called “political consultant” Nathan Sproul even penned an open letter to voters stating “In my opinion, the Republican Nominees are not reflective of the overall electorate.” His statement was quickly picked up by Democrats and used in mailers against conservatives.

Despite the “GOP Establishment’s” efforts to torpedo our candidates, we not only kept our majorities in the State House and Senate, but increased them! Keep in mind this was 2008, the year Barack Obama was elected President. Conventional political wisdom predicted a Democrat landslide nationally and the Tea Party was still more than a year from even coming into existence. Arizona was one of only two states in the whole country that saw Republicans add seats to their legislatures. The GOP Establishment was not only WRONG, they were DEAD WRONG.

Then came 2010; “the year of the Tea Party.” Both Establishment GOP candidates as well as Democrats were steam rolled by conservatives. Republicans obtained “Super majorities” in both houses of the legislature and it immediately led to a balanced budget in Arizona, the first in over five years.

Now we’re back to 2014 and here we go again. A new bunch of so-called “Pragmatic Republicans” have again voted with state Democrats to bring Obamacare to Arizona and once again bust the state’s bank by voting for fiscally irresponsible budgets. Where there was once $1Billion in the Rainy Day fund, now there’s essentially nothing. The budget is once again structurally unbalanced and we’re looking at huge deficits again in 2016 and 2017.

So guess what the “Establishment” is saying. Yep, you guessed it: “Don’t primary them, they only voted ‘wrong’ on Obamacare and the budget, but otherwise, they’re still better than Democrats. Don’t primary them for the ‘good of the party’ and so we don’t lose our majorities.“

Well I for one am not buying it. I’m not going to let history repeat itself. These turncoat Republicans, also known as “Legistraitors,” are causing irreparable damage to our states’ fiscal and economic future and they must go. We can’t let the financial disaster of 2004-2008 happen again. Reelecting these “pragmatic” traitors to the platform will spell fiscal disaster for Arizona. Ask yourself, do you want to go through what we had to go through back in 2009-2011? Huge budget cuts, a sales tax increase, selling our Capitol? Heck no!

For a list of these Legistraitors and their relationship to the Coalition of Corruption that is bankrupting Arizona and bringing failed Washington D.C., big government, policies to our state go to The Alliance of Principled Conservatives website at

Obrewercare Loses in Court!  Do the Vocabulary Governor Brewer.

The State Court of Appeals ruled on April 22nd that the Arizona Principled Republican Legislators can sue to stop OBrewercare, Governor Brewer’s plan to bring the Obamacare Medicaid Expansion to Arizona.  The 36 Legislators say the process to pass Obrewercare is illegal.

Stop OBrewercare in Arizona!

Stop OBrewercare in Arizona!

Last year Governor Brewer called a Special Session and nine House republicans joined the Democrats to shove the Obamacare Medicaid Expansion down our throats.

The 36 Principled Republican Legislators sued because the people of Arizona have said that if you want to raise our taxes then we require a two-thirds majority not a simple majority.  (The AZ Constitution requires a two-third majority vote to raise taxes due to Proposition 108 passed in 2008.)  The Governor’s team tried to argue that the legislature itself decides if and when they want to follow which parts of the Constitution.  Brewer says that they decided they only needed nine republicans to cross over, or in her words, a majority, because they could not get a super-majority vote.

The courts have ruled that when the people pass a proposition requiring a two-thirds majority then you have to have a two-thirds majority.

Now the case can go to court.  The case itself is about if a tax is a tax because according to Brewer if she calls it a “fee” or an “assessment” then it is not a “tax”.  Because she says so.

Brewer also says that Medicaid Expansion is not Obamacare.

Brewer also says that Common Core is not Common Core anymore because she says.

To be clear, all that has been decided is that the case can go to court.

The Governor’s response to the ruling is interesting:  “Legislators can vote on a bill, lose on the bill, then take it to court and win.  That to me doesn’t make any sense.”

There you have it.  The Governor of Arizona does not understand that the courts exist as a check and balance to the legislative and executive branches of government.  The Governor who has sued her own legislative body is shocked that her tyrannical actions are questionable in court.

OBrewercare is alive in court.  Governor Brewer is being forced to follow the Arizona Constitution and the will of the people.  The will as the people intended it not the will of her advisors not the will of the greedy lobbyists and not the will of the crony capitalists.  Arizona needs to elect Principled Republicans in the Primary this August.

LegisTraitors Drunk with Power Demand Increase in Deficit Spending

LegisTraitors(picture from Arizona Capitol Times)

Drunk with power, or simply dazed from visions of hundreds of thousands of campaign dollars dancing in their heads, Jeremy Duda from the Arizona Capitol Times, captures Heather Carter, Ethan Orr, Kate Brophy McGee, Doug Coleman, Rob Robson, and Jeff Dial leaving the House before the gavel to make their case to spend-increase-expand with money we lowly taxpayers have not even made yet.

Geez Louise Republicans! The budget you passed in the Senate only has a $400 million structural deficit. That is just not enough!  The Coalition of Corruption including these six and all the Democrats (again) want bigger government – more agencies – increased spending – and to expand on the expansion of last session.  If we are going to borrow money to pass a democrat budget then let’s go all the way!

No money into the rainy day fund. No money to buy back our buildings. No money to decrease our debt. Actually they are demanding that money is spent that does not exist.  In their power-induced-drunken-state the LegisTraitors are blind to the plight of Arizona taxpayers preferring to prioritize the interests of the crony capitalists who bankroll their campaign committees.

The amendments and increased spending requested by the Coalition of Corruption has been scored by the non-partisan JBLC to give Arizona a $1 Billion deficit by 2017. This is “recurring spending” meaning the spending will occur every single year.

So another day and no budget for Arizona.  The taxpayers, small businessmen, and Principled Conservatives will have to wait and see who is offering what to whom before we will know what is being shoved down our throats this year.  Will there be a fundraiser with a gift-in-kind equal to the amount it takes to educate one child for half a year in a Charter School?

Will we see a new traitor or will the traitors have a traitor? And how much does a LegisTraitor vote go for?

The vote is tied at 30-30. It will be an interesting day.

Stay tuned.

Chair, Alliance of Principled Conservatives

Republican LegisTraitors join Democrats to Blow up the AZ Republican Budget.

The Coalition of Corruption – They’re Back!

Last night in the Arizona House the republican LegisTraitors create chaos and blew up the Arizona Senate Republican budget because it does not spend enough.  The Senate passed a budget with a $400 million structural deficit last week but that was not enough for the group pinning for a 2008 Napolitano replay.  They want a Democrat budget.  They want to spend your money – actually it is your future money. Yes the Republicans that formed the Coalition of Corruption in the 2013 Special Session are siding with the Democrats once again.

The amendments and increased spending requested by the Coalition of Corruption has been scored by the non-partisan JBLC to give Arizona a $1 Billion deficit by 2017. This is “recurring spending” meaning the spending will occur every single year (and we know once started it never stops). They want it and they shut down the budget process last night because they did not get it.  So, the LegisTraitors once again sided with 100% of the Democrats and killed a Republican budget.

They want more stuff and they each have their own list.

Heather Carter, LD15, wants more money so Medicaid can provide dental service.  The expansion is just not enough.

Ethan Orr, LD9, wants more money for the UofA. $4.2 million.

Brophy-McGee, LD 28, wants more for the Office of Child Welfare, $6.8 million more than the $21.5 Brewer wants.

Hey, I want more too.  I want to keep more of my money. (There I go being an extremist.)

The Democrats cheer tweeting away “Good work Dems…first bill killed” and then “We’re Dems we eat Senate budgets for breakfast.  Who needs scorpions?” from Victoria Steele @SteeleForHouse.

More, more, more.  A few million here, another few million there.  Like kids lined up with their wish list waiting to see Santa Claus the LegisTraitors refuse to see that Santa’s bag, our pocketbooks, are empty.  Once again the LegisTraitors refuse to cooperate with the Republicans and stand on the Republican planks of fiscal responsibility and limited government instead leaping across the aisle to steal hard-working taxpayer money to fund bigger-government and create new or add to existing entitlements.
