Representative T.J. Shope Endorses Mark Brnovich
for Attorney General
Today, Republican candidate for Attorney General Mark Brnovich received the endorsement of Representative T.J. Shope, who currently represents portions of Pinal and Gila County in Arizona’s legislative district 8.
“I’m proud to be supporting Mark Brnovich for Attorney General because his experience, matched with his level of integrity, is what Arizona needs,” Shope said. “As a member of the Coolidge School Board, Coolidge Chamber of Commerce and the Arizona Legislature, I have seen at all levels how important it is to have someone who defends our rights and will stand up for what is right on all issues. Rural Arizona needs an Attorney General who represents all of Arizona. Mark Brnovich is the right guy for the job.”
Representative Shope is the current Vice Chair of the House Commerce Committee and is a member of the Agriculture and Water Committee and the Energy, Environment and Natural Resources Committee.
Mark Brnovich remarked: “Rep. Shope’s support is reflective of the momentum and growing support my campaign is receiving, particularly with younger voters in the Republican Party. Voters like T.J. recognize that our elected leaders need to be held to the highest ethical and integrity standards. I am so grateful for his support.”
Representative Shope joins Representatives Paul Boyer and Debbie Lesko, former legislator Linda Gray, County Attorney Bill Montgomery, and U.S. Representative Trent Franks in endorsing Mark Brnovich for Arizona Attorney General.
