Who in their right mind would pay $25 to go see the disgraced, disbarred former county attorney?
Eric you should start paying attention to what is going on. William J. O’Neil now has his own ethical problems.

Now it is commin out that in at least 5 hearings O’Neil presided over as the Presiding Disciplinary Judge the public member was Robert Gallo. Who is Robert Gallo, well he is O’Neils long time friend and next door neighbor. This fact was never disclosed to any of the the defendents in these 5 cases and in fact Gallo was listed as a public member from Maricopa County, unethical to say the least. With all the stories about the Andrew Thomas events the press refuses to report on these critical facts. Dont you have to ask yourself, how did O’Neil slant/alter the Thomas proceedings.

I would and I will. The only thing accurate about your comment is the cost.
Even the AZ repugnant finally had to publish the facts and it turns out Mr. Thomas was right. Those who know him and Stapley were not surprised. Get your head out of the dark place you keep it and you would understand what really happened.
This is far from over.
He is disbarred. That is accurate. He is also the former county attorney. That is accurate as well.
As for Thomas vs. Stapley, I would fault Thomas for running such a bad office that he not only tained what should have been an easy case against Stapley, but he also put his subordinates in legal jeopardy.
Is he going to bring his Buford Pusser stick?
Exactly how did Mr. Thomas “taint” the case against Stapely. From what I read the grand jury indicited Stapely. It was one of the corrupt judges that “tainted” the case.
Corrupt judges protecting corrupt judges. Attorneys need to be wary about doing their jobs for clients, the Arizona Supreme Court has appointed an individual who probably has more ethical problems than those he is convicting. In many cases the attorneys only offense is attempting to correct a judge on improper rullings. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge, William J. O’Neil has had a judicial conduct complaint filed against him with the Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct which includes among other things the appearance of mortgage/short sale fraud.
Read the complaint and you decide the ethical correctness of what is going on. The integrity of the judiciary is at stake in how they deal with the facts of this complaint.
