This “Press Release” is pathetic BECAUSE it is nothing but “glittering generalities” and compleley devoid of substance. Get real! Tell us who this guy is!
What does Graham believe are the “Party’s ideals and vaules”?
Is this guy aligned with John McCain?
Where does he stand regarding illegal immigration and illegal aliens?
What is his view of abortion?
Where does he stand regarding marriage?
“For more information about Robert Graham or to view his video announcement, visit http://www.grahamforarizona.com”
I went there. There’s no more information about the guy than there is in the posted article!
“Fluff” isn’t going to cut it. We don’t care if he was an Eagle Scout, an altar boy or if he is a hot shot business man. What does this guy stand for? Anything specific?
If he stands against you and your ilk…i’m in
I want to know those things also, but from what I have heard from a few people Conservatives will like him. I heard a few months ago he was running and one of the organizations I belong to is going to really support him, and they are very Conservative.
Conservative American has nailed it exactly—who is this guy?
We don’t need nor want another stealth COC McPuppet sneaking onto the scene, working to hand the state back to the McAmnesty crowd. We do need and want a State Chair who will stand firmly for the conservative American & GOP Judeo-Christian/free enterprise/personal freedom values that formed the strong foundation for this country.
Mr. Graham and any other candidate should express his personal values on all of the critical issues we face. The real job killers are the big-gov’t liberals (GOP included), the gov’t regulators and the embracers of this invasion of illegal aliens who are stealing American jobs and tax dollars from American workers. Tea Partiers wake up, we cannot afford to slumber.
God bless America.
He has one plus, he is not Kirk Adams!
Graham is no conservative. He supported Jeff Flake over Wil Cardon! He is a wolf in sheeps skin. No one ever heard of this guy until his 2 week run for governor 2 years ago!!! He’s a Flake puppet!!!
hahaha..Cardon lost by 50 points in a GOP primary. Do you realize how many Republicans you just classified as “no conservative”???? You know how i know you’re crazy?……
A Flake puppet? Please. This is my real name. I have no need my identity to make some random negative comment on a subject I know nothing about. I’m a proud, conservative soldier serving in the US Army. I actually know Robert personally. He’s the conservative we’ve been waiting for to run the party. Robert’s been doing the work, raising money and starting his own issues based 501C-4. He crafted the AZGOP 2012 Victory Plan and has been advising the current Chairman. He volunteered his time and financial resources to the State Party for operations and events. These are facts. This divisional nonsense has no place here. Are you pro-life, pro-gun and pro-freedom? Do you prefer free enterprise as our economic system? Great! Why not get a leader like Robert who is all of those things and also has tremendous organizational and fundraising skills. Certainly doesn’t hurt the man would give you the shirt off of his back or the last sip of his water in the desert if you asked. I know, he’s done both for me. It might help going forward. Peace.
So you are only conservative if you support Wil Cardon? There is no room for discussion of the merits of each candidate anymore, if you don’t support a guy that has never held public office, you are not conservative? I am sorry, but there are plenty of good things about Flake. He is not perfect, but he is still a very solid Arizona Congressman. I don’t think Cardon can beat Carmona. And I did not ever at any time believe Cardon could beat Flake. In addition, I believe Cardon weakened Flake for the general election. (And I voted for Cardon) So what these guys are saying is that if Graham, like the other 65% of Registered Republicans, supported Flake, he is no true Republican and no true Conservative.
I spent 3 years at ASU with Robert. He has one of the most exceptional minds you will ever find. He is not a “party insider” of smoke filled rooms going against the “Conservatives” to advance some moderate agenda. He is as conservative as they come. And he is particularly smart about fiscal policy given his background in International Finance.
I will happily use my own REAL NAME. I support the guy 100%. You won’t find a man more dedicated to his faith and family, to his friends, to his state, and to his country than Robert Graham.
So you and “Brent” know Robert Graham intimately. Wonderful. Then the two of you should have no problem convincing him to post a piece here outling his detailed stance on the major issues, especially illegal immigration, SB 1070, amnesty and so on. We all will be waiting patiently to see this information. Thanks!
We have some testimonials here for Graham. He would give the shirt off his back. He would give his last sip of water. He has an exceptional mind. He is not a “party insider”. So, he has some great character references. Now, what in the hell does the guy stand for?
What does he believe are the “Party’s ideals and values”?
Is this guy aligned with John McCain?
Where does he stand regarding illegal immigration and illegal aliens?
What is his view of abortion?
Where does he stand regarding marriage?
Again, all we have is dancing around. We have no hard data on what this guy stands for, what he supports, what he opposes.
Please forgive us if we don’t want to buy a pig in a poke! Give us some useful, meaningful information about where this guy’s head is at politically!
The last two party chairmen have run our party into the ground. The State GOP is a joke. Salmon was the last decent fundraiser. You realize the state party is irrelevant now because of the last two losers, right? They can’t fundraise, they aren’t proactive about anything, and they do nothing to help Republican elected officials.
Everyone gets so accusatory so quickly. Cool out. We’re not in combat here, we’re having a discussion of issues. Firstly, I’ll let him know to add issue by issue pieces on his website so you can know what he stands for. I’ll tell you now he’s unapologetically pro life. He’s about as fiscally conservative as they come, and he’s great at understanding budgets. Secondly, I’d note that I want conservative, competent management at the GOP. The bottom line for the position he’s running for is this: Can the man raise money to put effective, Conservative leaders in office? With Robert, the answer is simple: Yes. Go to his site. Email him your concerns. I’ll call him tonight and make sure he answers them. As an officer, I’ve learned over the years to not put my neck out for anyone I can’t fully trust. This man has earned my trust, and his Conservatism has earned my vote.
Can you post a link to his website, I can’t seem to find one. A Google search only turned up this Youtube piece, which is more of the same – as posted above.

It would be great for Mr. Graham to post a COMPLETE stand on the issues right here on Sonoran Alliance.
I NEVER ask any candidate questions via Email – because then I am the only one that can see the answers – which equals the heresay of a telephone call.
I just spoke to Robert. He’s putting up an issues page on his site as we speak. Once it is done being put on the website, I’ll ask him to put it up here on SA as well. http://www.grahamforarizona.com is the site!
Thanks Brent! I will be looking forward to seeing his stance on various topics.
Issue page is up. http://www.grahamforarizon.com
Click on “Issues” and enjoy!
The actual link is http://www.grahamforarizona.com — it would help if I could type better. Sorry folks!

Excuse me, Brent, but we have a “Press Release” here supporting Graham which offers us nothing more than that he’s for Mom, apple pie and the American flag! How do you think that posters at a Conservative political blog are going to react to that? Doesn’t Graham’s “Press Release” corps have a clue? Don’t you get it what an insult that sort of generic “Press Release” is to people who are looking critically at candidates, assessing facts, history, statements, to try to support candidates who will get our country out of the mire that it is in?
We are at a serious and critical juncture with where our nation is going. Give us red meat, not gruel!
This guy has only been involved in Republican politics since his brief run for governor in 2010. He has no roots with the AZGOP and this is just a stepping stone for higher office.
Also, he helped craft the AZGOP 2012 victory plan? What victory plan? I don’t see any victory operation or any real GOTV from the state party. Word is that they don’t even have the money to run a phone bank at the AZGOP headquarters.
Finally, he is buddies with Sean Noble. Need I say more?
