Thanks for posting my video. However, the lady with the Stauffer sign was there to plug Stauffer. Just like the Greater Phoenix Tea Party people were there to plug Arpaio and make rude heckling noises throughout the press conference. Not everyone there was with CBA.
Ditto, thx SA for posting this video. It’s one of the most revealing snap shots of “Whats Wrong With Arizona.” The Parraz conversation is disgusting. At 9min 40sec, plans are announced for a “citizen’s posse.” Except, this posse won’t consist entirely of citizens. Arizona’s Constitution doesn’t provide for a citizen’s posse, much less an international posse. Good grief! You’ve got to be comatose to listen to this and not see it for what it is. Organizing a gang to incite rebellion against an elected government—sheriff included—is sedition. This is not Egypt. I voted for many seated in AZ government and I don’t appreciate unions or anarchist consultants trying to bust it up. This is still America, we have ways of dealing with run away government, and citizen posses aren’t on the list. The messenger should be read his “rights” and locked up. Signed, angry fire-breathing conservative.
Jane001: Please provide evidence that this “citizen’s posse” won’t consist entirely of citizens. You said it, now back it up. Give me names of members of this “posse” who aren’t citizens, and your evidence that they are not US citizens..
Maybe its just me, but I would rather have an informed conservative spewing facts fighting my battles than an angry conservative that spews fire.
Maybe you should be fighting your own battles rather than someone else doing it for you.
And maybe I do. With words and knowledge, which will still be around long after your fire has gone out.
Let’s be clear, the burden will belong to this open borders scam to prove that everyone on their “citizen posse” and everyone collecting signatures for their self-described “non-existent” recall ARE citizens, not the other way around.
One other note, Arizonans think this is politics. It’s not. It’s civics. This is our government and it’s our job to tend it. We have these nasty ideologies on our hands because we imagined we could hire “professionals” to run our government for us and not be harmed. The State constitution wasn’t written for the Parraz’s of the world to swarm in like bats out of a cave and devour everything that isn’t nailed down. This clip is priceless. A Marxist will announce their every move in plain daylight. At 7min 22sec, the scam is laid out on the table: use the threat of recall to bargain for expanded unemployment benefits. The scent of a desperate union is in the air. Here is Parraz & company casing the AZ Senate office building to use as a stage for their antics: http://youtu.be/QsRr0rfMDeY.
The unemployment battle is dead and buried, for now. There is talk of the feds taking up another extension in December, but I don’t know how the super committee’s failure impacts those plans.
If Parraz wants to use the threat of recall, he really should set his sights on something more attainable. Extending UI benefits is not enough to get the typical AZ voter off the couch and signing petitions.
No, Jane001, the burden lay with you, the accuser. YOU have made statements that YOU need to back up. As they say, “Put up or shut up”.
What the heck was that! “…Redistrict Brewer Out of Office”
Growing just a little tired of radical Marxist trying to run Arizona.
SICK OF IT!
Jane001,
I think you mean to say:
“Growing just a little tired of the electorate not buying our conservative claptrap in Arizona anymore.
SICK OF IT!”
You’re welcome.
Bernie, the electorate used the ballot box last election and you guys lost your lunch – get over it and stop trying to insist everyone is in sync with your Occupy Everything agenda. Now go write your books that no one reads.
“The electorate used the ballot box last election and you guys lost your lunch – get over it.”
Well, there’s my quote if anyone ever complains about Russell Pearce’s 12+ percent loss again. Hey, how’d your buddy take that, VV?
“…with your Occupy Everything agenda.”
That would imply they have an agenda, which is one of the reasons why I’m not down with Occupy.
“Now go write your books that no one reads.”
I’ve sold more books that you have, VV. Although to be fair, I’m sure you’ve sold more wax cylinders of you reading the alphabet for Thomas Edison than I have. 23-skidoo!
Actually Bernie, I don’t claim to be an author so once again your comments are lame.
And my books sell well. Your point?
It’s will always be crystal clear where the weak spots of liberals lie, you will find them pouncing where threat exists to unions, graft, & welfare.
One thing Marxists & liberals can’t abide: ANGRY CONSERVATIVES
ANGRY CONSERVATIVES: the people who, in a single mid-term election, changed the color of the U.S. House kicking them to the curb on their well-fed, government-bought tooshes.
Don’t doubt it for a minute, the right kind of anger availeth much!
Yeah yeah, all your anger didn’t stop the Affordable Care Act (or repeal it), save Russel Pearce, didn’t elect Wes Gullet, take over the Tucson city council, etc. etc. etc.
So you’ll forgive me, if I don’t put much stock in ANGRY CONSERVATIVES.
Although, that would be an awesome name for a punk band:
Tonight at the Rogue, Jane001 and the ANGRY CONSERVATIVES!
Gee, Klute, you left out a few things!
B. Hussien Obama LOST in court when he asserted that provisions of the “Legal Arizona Workers Act”, authored by Russell Pearce, were unconstitutional. Obama lost in U. S. District Court. He lost in the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and he lost in the Supreme Court of The United States. Imagine that! A state senator slapping down a sitting president! My, my!
Obama directed his DOJ to stop defending portions of DOMA but the Republican controlled U. S. House of Representatives has taken up it’s defense. My, my! The will of the POTUS thwarted by Republican congressmen!
The U. S. House seat in NY9 held by Democrats continually for over 80 years was recently won by a Republican! My, my! The times they are a changing!
Key provisions of McCain Feingold “Campaign Finance Reform” were found to be unconstitutional by SCOTUS. Poor Obama was so livid that he just couldn’t keep himself from inappropriately chastizing SCOTUS during a State of the Union address! My, my!
Democrats in Wisconsin tried to regain control of the Wisconsin State Senate through recall elections. They failed! Now what a waste of time and money, LOL!
In Wisconsin, liberal Democrat Kloppenburg tried for Republican Prosser’s seat on the state Supreme Court and lost. My, my! MORE time and money down the drain!
So keep your eye exclusively on local politics and ignore the big picture. You’ll feel a lot more comfortable about the future for “progressive” Democrats that way, LOL! When the political end comes for the Obama regime, it will come upon you suddenly. The coup de grace will be administered quickly and mercifully.
Hey, if you want to scoreboard this nationally, I’m down. Let’s see, ANGRY CONSERVATIVES have:
1. Failed to stop withdrawal from Iraq. My, my!
2. Failed to stop the military action in Libya. My, my!
3. Failed to stop the repeal of DADT. Oh, my, my!
4. Failed to repeal the Affordable Care Act. Oh hell yes!
5. Failed to privatize Medicare. Honey put on that party dress!
6. Failed to save Kaisch’s SB5 in Ohio. Buy me a drink, sing me a song!
7. Failed to implement a Personhood Amendment in Mississippi of all places. My, my!
Whereas half the stuff you claimed above had nothing to do with popular vote or the Conservatives in Congress but questions of law.
To quote Johnathan from “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”, your argument is sadness personified.
“LOL! When the political end comes for the Obama regime, it will come upon you suddenly.”
I’ve bookmarked this page. If things turn out as I think they will, I sure hope you’re around November 7, 2012.
You’re “down”? You don’t know what being “down” means but I’m going to teach you what it means! B. Hussein Obama and his LIBERAL thugs have:
1. FAILED to come clean with the public over “Fast and Furious”. The Obama Administration has abruptly sealed court records containing alarming details of how Mexican drug smugglers murdered a U.S. Border patrol agent with a gun connected to a failed federal experiment that allowed firearms to be smuggled into Mexico.
2. FAILED to have the Energy Department properly review a $535 millon government loan to Solyndra. Soyndra went under and taxpayers have to eat it.
3. FAILED to hold the governorship of Virginia.
4. FAILED to hold the governorship of New Jersey.
5. FAILED to hold the governorship of Pennsylvania.
5. FAILED to hold the governornship of Ohio.
6. FAILED to hold the governorship of Michigan.
7. FAILED to hold the governorship of Wisconsin.
8. FAILED to hold the governornship of Iowa.
9. FAILED to hold the governornship of Tennessee.
10. FAILED to hold the governorship of Kansas.
11. FAILED to hold governorship of Oklahoma.
12. FAILED to hold the governorship of New Mexico
13. FAILED to hod the governorship of Wyoming.
14. FAILED to hold the U. S. Senate seat held for over 40 years by Ted Kennedy, the “liberal lion” of the Senate.
15. FAILED to thwart the defense of the Defense of Marriage Act.
16. FAILED repeatedly to pass the DREAM Act.
Hey, Klute, I’m not going to permit YOU to define the rules of engagement. I don’t care if it is legal battles, liberal slime or actual votes. Obama and the Pinkos have ALREADY gone down and 2012 will finish off your sorry butts!
ConAm,
“Hey, Klute, I’m not going to permit YOU to define the rules of engagement.”
Oh, what’re you gonna do, big boy? You’ve got nothing on the progressive movement, and what’s it’s done, and what it’s going to continue to do. You’re not going to let us define the rules of engagement? Yeah, that’s what Russell Pearce thought. That’s what Scott Walker is praying.
Let’s start with the fun ones.
“14. FAILED to hold the U. S. Senate seat held for over 40 years by Ted Kennedy, the “liberal lion” of the Senate.”
And how’s that working out for you? Happy to have Scott Brown, that stalwart defender of conservative values on your side? Happy to have burned through a whole bunch of Tea Bag money to put up a squish? And the best part, we’ll get Elizabeth Warren in the Senate, which will make Scott Brown taste even more like ashes in your mouth.
“15. FAILED to thwart the defense of the Defense of Marriage Act.”
DOMA’s on its way out, just like DADT was. All in good time. GLBT rights can’t be stopped, and all you’ve been able to do is be on the wrong side of history. Boehner wants to waste time on it, be my guess.
“16. FAILED repeatedly to pass the DREAM Act.”
Again, all in good time. Newt Gingrich was talking about a path to citizenship in the debate last night, and he’s clobbering everyone else in the polls. So, we could have two candidates who agree with the principles of the DREAM Act.
“1. Fast and Furious. 2. Solyndra”
Actually, that’s more a fail on conservatives part. Haven’t been able to turn that into a real political negative, have you?
“Governors”
Most of those states I couldn’t care less about (Oh no! Not Wyoming!). And the ones I do care about are failing so much, they’ve practically guaranteed Obama will win the EVs in 2012.
“Obama and the Pinkos have ALREADY gone down and 2012 will finish off your sorry butts!”
Again, please stick around for the next year ConAm. The schadenfreude along will make Election night even better. Even better than 2011′s, where we liberals totally set the agenda. Remember, you can’t actually live in the past.
I’ve already done what I’m going to do, little boy; ignore your unilateral declaration of the terms of engagement as I just did. What are you going to do about that?
ROFL! You just got your liberal clock ROYALLY cleaned, LOL! You shot your mouth off about things having to do with “the popular vote” and what you got was a list of twelve states, count ‘em, twelve. where voters dumped Democrat governors and replaced them with Republicans. Wha’t the matter, have to blather around the issue because, in your liberal “brilliance”, you managed to trip up YOURSELF? ROFL!
Let’s recap that list of states which booted a Democrat governor and voted in a Republican governor:
Virginia
New Jersey
Pennsylvania
Ohio
Michigan
Wisconsin
Iowa
Tennessee
Kansas
Oklahoma
New Mexico
Wyoming
So much for your liberal “poular vote” garbage.
And if you think that you’re doing so well with homosexual “marriage”, why don’t you go to California TODAY and try to get a license to “marry” someone of the same sex. Tell me how that works out for you, LOL!
“What are you going to do about that?”
Nothing? Well, except not caring? You’re like a little yappy dog, fun to provoke, and ultimately, nothing to fear.
You can list all the states you want, I can list all the accomplishments I want, ultimately, your opinion is as meaningless to me as mine is to you. The only difference is I’m not performing the self-fellatio you seem to be enjoying with all your LOLs and ROFLs.
“And if you think that you’re doing so well with homosexual “marriage”, why don’t you go to California TODAY…”
I’m meeting a dear friend of mine’s wife for the first time Friday They moved together from Florida to California and got in before Prop 8 passed – and was then ruled unconstitutional. History’s not written, and ultimately, we’ll win, you’ll lose. Why? She’s on the side of love. Hell only knows what side you’re on.
Oh really, Klutester? Well, let’s look at how the predictions of the opponents of Prop 8 have been going so far, shall we?
PREDICTION: We are going to keep Prop 8 off the ballot!
OUTCOME: Prop 8 DID make it on the ballot!
PREDICTION: We’re going to defeat Prop 8 at the polls!
OUTCOME: Proposition 8 passed with greater than 52% of the vote!
PREDICTION: The “Dream Team” is going to destroy Prop 8!
OUTCOME: THREE YEARS after the passage of Prop 8, the “Dream Team” is STILL dreaming AND, when you go to California, you CANNOT obtain a license to “marry” someone of the same sex!
Klute wrote: “Whereas half the stuff you claimed above had nothing to do with popular vote…”.
Why Klute, I had no idea that you are SO enamored of the popular vote! Let’s see, in how many states did homosexual “marriage” become legal through a popular vote? What say? Speak up! ZERO? REALLY! You mean that NOT ONCE has homosexual “marriage” been enacted through a popular vote? Not even ONCE?
Well, seeing as you are so big on the popular vote, why don’t you get out there and DEMAND that homosexual “marriage” be put to a popular vote in each and every state where it is now legal!
Oh! Wait! It WAS put to a popular vote in Maine and it failed! Not only did it fail but the pro tradtional marriage supporters won by a WIDER magin than they did in California!
So please tell us more about how your are going to “win”!
What side am I on? I’m on the side of marriage as between one man and one woman exclusively. Does that answer your question, Klute?
Equal rights for GLBT Americans will win the same way Equal Rights for African-Americans were won, and in the places where it lost on the ballot, it will eventually win.
This isn’t Rocket Science, ConAm. Keep up.
“What side am I on? I’m on the side of marriage as between one man and one woman exclusively. Does that answer your question, Klute?”
Also called “the wrong side of history”.
Ah yes, whenerver those supporting homosexual “marriage” are confronted with the fact that they are losing, they run to their crystal ball to escape to an imagined future where they are victorious, LOL! How very pathetic!
Heterosexual rights will prevail and marriage will be preserved. There! Two can play the same game, LOL!
What I find interesting is that you made such a big deal about things being put to a popular vote EXCEPT when it comes to homosexual “marriage”. Why the double standard? Could it POSSIBLY be that each and every time that homosexual “marriage” has been put to a vote of the people it has not passed? Is THAT your problem, Bunky?
“Heterosexual rights will prevail and marriage will be preserved. There! Two can play the same game, LOL!”
Well, except that you’re wrong.
Unfortunately for you, Klute, you are neither king nor dictator so you royal proclamations are meaningless.
STILL avoiding the issue, aren’t you.
KIute wrote: “Whereas half the stuff you claimed above had nothing to do with popular vote or the Conservatives in Congress but questions of law.”
What about the “popular vote”, which you so revere, when it comes to marriage? Where did your zeal for the “popular vote” go?
You want a “popular vote” EXCEPT when it comes to homosexual “marriage”! Then, suddenly, the LAST thing you want is a popular vote. How do you explain that, Klute?
Bernie, are you, dare I say… asserting that Blacks are the same as Gays? Sounds like it.
Can’t find it in the books when GLBTs ever went through the slavery experience or were told they were less than a full human being…
So, your position is that Gays are the same as Blacks.
@Jane001… “the Klute” as he likes to be know is Bernard a poet and author of books that few wish to purchase or read.
“Bernie, are you, dare I say… asserting that Blacks are the same as Gays? Sounds like it.”
I saw that all humans who chose to enter consenting relationships deserve the same rights as everyone else, so yes. We’re all the same. Bet that offends the hell out of you.
“Can’t find it in the books when GLBTs ever went through the slavery experience or were told they were less than a full human being… ”
Well, in recent history, the Holocaust. Is that not in your books?
“…and author of books that few wish to purchase or read.”
Actually, I’ve already booked shows for 2012 in Salt Lake City, Vancouver, Seattle, and Portland where I’ll sell plenty of books. Do you ever get tired of being wrong, VV.
Klute, I’m not going to address your comments to V. V. but I am going to suggest that you quit while you can and let it go until you have something with stronger ground to stand on. Your arguments above have been refuted countless times by African-Americans. If V. V. wants to continue this, you’re toast, if he does his research.
We disagree about a lot of things but I like you and really don’t want to see you spin your wheels fruitlessly attempting to support an untenable position. There will be plenty of battles to come. Save your fire for when you can make a really strong case for your position.
As regards your books, I really don’t know anything about them. I would be interested in knowing what you’ve written. How can I find out about that? I know that you’ve mentioned poetry and I’m a BIG Billy Collins fan, in addition to other poets.
@Robert, on the subject of hecklers, it’s very easy to believe they were all here—on this site—at the time of that “press conference.”
For years, SonoranAlliance.com has been an informative resource for Arizona conservatives. However, it seems the job of klute et. al. is to litter it with juvenilia. Hint to wise site owners, give the old heave ho’ to those imbalanced souls who prove no other fitness than making genuine comments hard to find.
ANGRY CONSERVATIVES!
Jane, can you let them know that they misspelled their sign? It isn’t “watch-doging.”
http://i40.tinypic.com/2wmdw21.jpg
And to someone’s comment about the “Redistricting Brewer Out of Office” sign, of course that is not possible. That sign was brought by the same lady who was holding the “Mike Stauffer for Sheriff” sign. It might even have been the back of the same sign.
“Jan Brewer Recall? Group Explores Removing Arizona Governor”
“Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer (R) could become the second governor to face a recall attempt in 2012.”
“Citizens for a Better Arizona, the group that led the successful recall of former state Senate President Russell Pearce (R) this month, said Monday that they are seeking citizen input on whether they should attempt to recall Brewer in the 2012 election, the Arizona Republic reported.”
“But they encouraged disgruntled voters to volunteer online at http://www.citizensforabetteraz.com if they supported a Brewer recall, which would require more than 432,000 valid signatures. If at least 5,000 voters sign up, Parraz said, his group would back a recall effort.”
“It’s not what we’re going to do. What are they going to do?” Parraz said of voters. “You can’t just recall a governor because you don’t like her.”
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/11/21/jan-brewer-recall-arizona-governor_n_1106420.html
With all the post-recall analysis, I have yet to see a word on the local media’s contribution to the Lewis victory, which was significant; of course, who would report it? All that was necessary here was to sway a few squat-to-pee Republicans in Mesa district 18 and that effort came from not only the obvious, but the unexpected as well.
The first stone thrown was back in May (about 10 days before the recall signature deadline) by “conservative” FOX 10 KSAZ, with a ten-minute “hit piece” against Pearce ran on their 9 p.m. news. FOX network owner Rupert Murdoch called for amnesty for illegal aliens just last year. “Conservative” talk radio KFYI 550 engaged in Pearce-bashing spiratically, with morning buffoon Barry Young leading the way. With equal effort the KPNX TV 12/Arizona Republic/azcentral/Gannet left-wing pro-illegal conglomerate worked the air waves, the web, and what’s left of their newspaper route.
There were others to a lesser degree, but all the local media united on one front: they kept the backgrounds of recall principles Parraz and Snow top secret, while dissecting Pearce like a high school biology class. Would the election even have even been held if the media had brought Parraz’ union goon role/open-border activism and Snow’s livelihood direct from illegal aliens into the spotlight and kept it there? Instead, they portrayed it as “accusations from the Pearce camp” as to make it appear frivilous and as desperation.
The point of all of this is that now that the end result has been achieved, and Parraz is gracing the cover of Circle K toilet paper (New Times), these hucksters will become the darlings of the local media. Even Snow (who was invisible) has crawled out of the sewer pipe to bless the cameras. Be prepared to see a lot more of them, I’m sure both have been miked strategically just in case one of them passes gas. I fully expect either KPNX, KSAZ, or both to offer them their own Sunday morning political talk show. Set your alarm.
So even “conservative” media outlets like Fox and KFYI turned against Pearce. What’s your point? Everyone laughed at Parraz and the CBA. Who’s laughing now? This all goes to show that the left is not dead in Arizona- in fact they are quite potent and capable. If I were a far right-winger like Brewer or Arpaio, I’d be VERY concerned that Parraz and CBA are turning their attention to me. Not respecting them as powerful adversaries was one (of several) of Pearce’s mistakes.
I said months ago if the GOP didn’t step up and be aggressive, it would be “RECALL-A-PALOOZA.”
Here we are.
It’s stunning to see so many people who have had the world’s most secure and abundant lifestyle, bar none, throwing away the most radical individual-empowering government in the world, bar none, for subversive power plays that will install untouchable elites who govern by crony favoritism.
You guys are STILL whining about Barry Young having a (gasp!) opinion, on an opinion based radio show? Or, do you just whine when the opinion is one you disagree with? Get over it, Pearce did nothing but fire footbullets, then complain about the gun. (that’s an analogy) LOL
So even though Russell outspent us 3-1 (and that’s just what he declared – where’s the Hauser in-kind money?) and had the powers of incumbency and the endorsement of every other Republican elected official outside of his district, its the media’s fault that he lost?
Give up the conspiracy theories – Pearce lost THE REPUBLICAN VOTE in the most conservative district in the state because he didn’t listen to his constituents and lost sight of his principles.
I don’t believe that “…the local media’s contribution to the Lewis victory, which was significant…” translates into “conspiracy”, that would be your take. I do believe that to you the term “pro-illegal media” translates into a new SUV or another lavish vacation home, but to me it means advertisers (illegal immigration profiteers) who influence or dictate broadcaster’s editorial policies. The proof of that could not be more clear than in the Chamber of Commerce’s ability to buy “no” votes from nine Arizona Senate Republicans on five illegal immigration bills AFTER they had already passed the Republican-controlled House in March 2011.
So after eleven years representing Mesa’s district 18, between Pearce’s landslide re-election victory one year ago and now, Pearce lost “because he didn’t listen to his constituents and lost sight of his principles.” What I will concede is that for over a decade in this country, big business has had the upper hand in controlling Washington to allow the massive invasion from Mexico to continue unabated, and to stall, derail, and cripple inland enforcement – no matter which half of the two-party oligarchy was in power. So now the only question that remains is: do the criminal elite have the power to control the SCOTUS? Should Arizona’s SB 1070 make it to the docket, there just might be a new day in America and a whole new ball game for which no “perfect storm” will cure.
You don’t want bad press for your candidate?
Here’s some hints: don’t have your candidates nieces out collecting signatures for an “opponent”; don’t have your brother out publicly “supporting” an opponent; don’t let inept Chapters from outside districts try to influence the election or robocalls; don’t put up signs attacking someone who’s not even running (and don’t put those signs up illegally) and, stay away from padlocks. And that’s just a few.
The real question, to me, is why are Chad Willems and C. Querard are still in demand? They put together and ran, quite possibly, the worst campaign in the history of politics. That Pearce was able to eke out 10k votes and “stay” within 12% of Lewis is remarkable. You want a place to point a finger for Pearce’s loss? It’s them. Heck, even Pearce himself was smart enough to keep his mouth shut through most of the campaign.
They’ll do anything they can to spin Pearce’s trouncing so long as it directs away from the fault resting where it lays; on their shoulders.
ROFL! Yet MORE Snow job, LOL!
Don’t try to sell us that propaganda crap that Pearce lost the Republican vote. Pearce lost the MORMON vote because the LDS Church opposed his position on illegal immigration and illegal aliens and took a stance against SB1070:
“Immigration: Church Issues New Statement”
“10 June 2011 — Salt Lake City”
“The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is concerned that any state legislation that only contains enforcement provisions is likely to fall short of the high moral standard of treating each other as children of God.”
“The Church supports an approach where undocumented immigrants are allowed to square themselves with the law and continue to work without this necessarily leading to citizenship.”
http://newsroom.lds.org/article/immigration-church-issues-new-statement
You’re desperately trying to spin the election as being about everything BUT illegal immigration and illegal aliens. You’re desperately attempting to portray the votes as “Republican” votes rather than Mormon votes. Why?
Mitt Romney – Mormon
John Huntsman – Mormon
Jeff Flake – Mormon
Wil Cardon – Mormon
There’s going to be backlash against and intense scrutiny of Mormon candidates, especially regading immigration issues, as it gets out that Mormons and the LDS Church played a pivotal role in unseating a sitting Republican state senator who happend to be at the vanguard of opposing Obama’s “immigration reform” policies.
“We need a new tone…”
Yah. SO what’s with the “INDICT NOW”
“HOW MANY MUST DIE?”
“WANTED” Poter for Arpaio
and Killing KIDS .. for Brewer?
Then they put up granny to whine about “being tired of nasty.”
The new TONE is VICIOUS.
OH, and Parraz is talking collection signatures to ‘recall.” Brewer ; THREAT “IF SHE DOESN’T TONE DOWN HER BEHAVIOR”
THREAT THREAT.
And “teach ARpaio” a lesson. THREAT.
Yep, someone ELSE noticed the THREAT TONE right there on the video.
For upholding the LAW, these anarchists want to “teach” them a lesson. THREAT. THREAT.
Parraz, how many Mexicans are dying from FAST AND FURIOUS and you SAY NOTHING. So, it’s NOT about the “People” but raw power grabs.
“No more arresting of landscapers!!”
Oh, so Democrats can hold on to lowpaid labor they pay under the table to avoid the taxes THEY vote for. How noble, how “care.” Arpaio is FAR more fair than that.
I bet your head almost popped watching this, huh?
It’s funny you label them anarchists but totally disregard those in attendance who were there solely to agitate. You know, the Tea Partiers who kept yelling during the speeches.
I warned about this last year, so I’m just watching it unfold.
You do not know what you are throwing away, or you wouldn’t be supporting of it.
Simple as that.
Oh, but you are wrong Wanumba.
I am keenly aware of what’s being thrown away.
And there’ a lot of room left in the dumpster.
Well, there’s certainly room enough left in the dumpster for Rob, LOL!
The “HOW MANY MUST DIE?” sign was held by a Tea Party person inquiring about illegal immigrants. The invitation to the press conference specifically asked that no one bring signs.
WHat’s with the Brewer EATS KIDS sign? and the WANTED poster for Arpaio?
Don’t matter what the signs say, if Brewer doesn’t start kowtowing to Parraz, he’s gonna make her pay.
Charming.
LOL Bob!
Is that why the HUGE Citizens for a Better Arizona sign was put up in an attempt to block the people there to protest your group and cover up their American flag?
“asked no one to bring signs” BWAAahahahaha! what a hypocritical hoot!
Randy the Ridiculous! Go for it! Try to recall Brewer and show Arizona how inept you really are.
Based on Randy’s track record, I’d say he’s anything but inept. I seem to recall Russell Pearce dismissing Randy and the CBA as well. Wonder whatever happened to him?
Ask Former Senator Pearce (yes, we can now officially add Former to his title) how inept Randy Parraz is, Jack.
He’ll probably have a different opinion.
Now don’t give Parraz credit that belongs to the LDS Church!
Arpaio and Brewer are safe. They will never gather enough signatures to oust anyone beyond a legislative district that had a low turnout in the previous election.
But we all knew this was coming. When they fail, and they will, will this recall nonsense finally end?
Watching what is going on in Wisconsin as the OWS crowd gathers dubous signatures to recall Walker.
Notably, because it’s so in-your-face that it’s the identical script as was and is still being used here… they don’t “have” an opposing candidate, but they “hope” one will set forward, because it’s all about what the “citizens” want.
.
Wisconsin has the unions to leverage signature-gathering from its members. Arizona recallers don’t really have that luxury. That’s another reason why I think recalls won’t really gain momentum. The Pearce recall was the perfect storm and I don’t think those conditions can align on a larger stage.
Parraz thinks so, he just stated it on the video, the HOW he was going to do it, but not HIM of course, the “people.”
He told Brewer she better genuflect to him or else.
You make a good point.
I did not support the recall signature collection process, but I did support Lewis over Pearce in the election.
The unintended consequence here is that Parraz, whom I’ve repeatedly expressed disdain for, now feels embolden.
Ultimately, however, I think Chris has it right. The perfect storm that was Pearce is not forming around Brewer and Parraz is likely to be a one-and-done agitator.
At the end of the day, I’ll take a whiney Parraz on the streets playing the fool as the cost of a gone Pearce no longer being a blowhard inside the Capital.
Thank you for justifying his cause “true conservative”.
Yes, the cause that has come and gone.
Not the one he’s going down at this point.
I’m not apologizing for seeing Pearce for what he was/is – a faux conservative who brought disrepute to the (R) party and the principles it represents.
I think you are right about Arpaio and Brewer. They probably are safe. But Arpaio isn’t winning elections by as large a margin as he used to. The right candidate could give him a run for his money. And while Arpaio’s war chest is big, so was Pearce’s.
Plain talking about ripping majority-elected leaders out:

Excellent video selection Wanumba… an amazing delivery.
Arpaio’s latest “I don’t recall” and “I was duped” are not real confidence builders.
Look! It’s the same old Parraz lemmings who show up to every single “press conference”. Don’t they have day jobs?
Let’s see, Fred Barlam, Mary Lou Boettcher, Amanda Zill, Brenda Rascon, Bob Unferth, Saul Solis, Brian Barabe, Barbara Njo, Amy Mellenbacher, Carolyn Cooper, Steve Gallardo, Lilia Alvarez.
Isn’t that Mary Lou’s husband holding up the big Steve Benson Cartoon sign? He must not have gotten the memo.

Outside of 1 person you listed – Gallardo – how would anyone else know these people’s names?
Speaking of having a day job…
And creepy.
“Know thine enemy”
I like to know the names and faces of those who attempt to destroy our Republic.
And to think that we were supposed to believe people like Mary Lou, Brenda and Amanda were just concerned citizens of LD18 who wanted to recall Pearce. What a complete surprise to see they are still traipsing around Parraz.
Mary Lou’s a retired educator, Brenda is finishing a doctorate in Biology at ASU, and Amanda is a nurse. So yes, we all have very successful careers, thanks. Unlike the pack of toothless hillbillies who piled into the car to heckle our peaceful press conference who couldn’t even speak intelligible English.
We’re not attempting to destroy “your” Republic, Marcus. We’re trying to save it from corrupt shills like Arpaio. Judging from the results of the last few elections (JD Hayworth, Andrew Thomas, and Pearce), it seems like the majority of Republicans agree with us.
A doctorate in Biology is a career?
In your dreams. Your arrogance is showing.
ROFL! Yet MORE Snow job, LOL!
Why is it that you are worried about “toothless hillbillies” who “couldn’t even speak intelligible English” when Jerry Lewis and the LDS Church are just fine with illegal aliens who can’t speak intelligible English? What is it that you, Jerry Lewis and the LDS Church have against Americans?
So that was Chad smiling in the background. Chad the “conservative republican” trying to oust a slightly conservative Republican whom lobbied for a sales tax increase. Lol
No, trying to moderate a Governor who recently overstepped her bounds – at least according to the REPUBLICAN controlled Supreme Court. And yes, I’m smiling quite a bit these days. Thanks for noticing.
You’re smiling because you just LOVE chasing ambulances for a living. That is how you “earn” your living, isn’t it, Snow?
Isn’t that interesting! Sitting Republican Russell Pearce was ousted by “progressive” Democrat Jerry Lewis who Snow backed. Now Snow, who is a “conservative Republican” says that our Republican governor has “overstepped her bounds”.
Are there any Democrats with whom you are unhappy, LOL!
We know what Pearce did that the LDS Church didn’t like. What has Brewer done that doesn’t fit with the positions of the LDS Church?
Is Snow related to Flake? They look enough alike to be brothers. (In the genetic not the Lds-brother)
I think Chick has a crush on me.
If chick crushes you, you’ll file an accident/injury lawsuit. That is, after all, how you earn your living, isn’t it, Snow, chasing ambulances?
Citizens for a Better Arizona making it safe for illegal landscapers!
It’s about jobs! For illegals! That’s what the “Citizens” want!
Inspiring ! What working wages does CBA suggest for said illegal landscapers? Given that so many Arizonans of the legal variety are out of work?
You are attractive Chad it’s the politics I don’t find attractive.

Diplomacy isn’t your strong suit?
The kind of people you malign as “Toothless hillbillies” liberated Europe from Hitler, the majority had nothing more than High School.
No college degree makes up for being arrogant and rude. The majority of Arizonans voted in the general election for Jan Brewer and you are an active part of a political clique that wants to upsurp those votes in favor of… whom? Your actions are not only perceived as rude, but damaging, and you whinge like a girl about people complaining.
Wanumba calling someone out for being arrogant and rude?
The irony is rich.
The irony? He is over in Africa stealing a job from a local!
LOL
No, the REAL irony is that Obama’s aunt, who was supposed to have been deported, is living here and receiving taxpayer benefits and his uncle is living here illegally and stealing a job from an American.
Don’t forget Obama’s illegal uncle DUI, after bashing his car into a cop car, on Massachusetts drivers license, still working in the liquor store, even though prior to the DUI squad car crush, he was arrested for selling to minors.
That’s what politically-connected looks like. Anyone else would be in jail, serving out the sentence.
Why would I do that? People STARVE here without work ,,and that’s not the “starve” as how you exaggerate your “hardship” between breakfast and lunch, but DEAD.
No “LOL”
Ah yes! Everyone follow Rob’s supreme example of perfect politeness and humility, ROFL!

How come you didn’t complain that Chad Snow was using “toothless hillbillies” instead of complaining about me calling him out on that drivel?
DId you see how Parraz looked at him in the video.. rolled eyes,, yeah yeah hurry up fool, then Snow’s got to come here and complain about “hillbillies.”
Better to be a “hillibilly” than a useful idiot.
