Western Free Press: Sandra Day O’Connor Addresses Arizona Independent Redistricting Commission

Sandra Day O’Connor is a former Justice of the United States Supreme Court and is the first woman to have ever served on our highest court. Nominated by President Ronald Reagan, she was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian award in the America, by President Barack Obama.

On August 17, at the Phoenix City Council Chambers, Justice O’Connor addressed the Arizona Independent Redistricting Commission and Western Free Press was there. Hear her remarks in the video attached to this post.
