I sure hope House conservatives are holding out for a BBA. Quayle and Gosar said they would vote for a Boehner plan without a BBA. Flake, Schweikert, and Franks are holding out. Will they be successful?

another inconvenient fact: the debt limit has been increased on a short term basis (less than 12 months) numerous times in the past – nobody ever bitched about it then
