Arizona’s 8th district is a swing seat this election year and political experts predict a Republican takeover could come down to winning this very seat. The Cook Political Report, The Rothenberg Political Report, Real Clear Politics and Election Oracle all handicap this race as a “toss up”. By some accounts, this race could be decided by as few as 640 votes.
Jesse Kelly can and will beat Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and here is why:
-AZ-8 Republicans hold a 17,000 registered voter advantage over Democrats.
-AZ-8 chose McCain over Obama in 2008.
-A Republican (Rep. Kolbe) held the seat for 22 years before retiring. Rep. Giffords was swept into the seat during the 2006 Democrat takeover.
This is a seat we can win. This is a seat we must win.

Jesse Kelly kicked Giffords’ behind in that debate on Monday. For those of you who had questioned whether or not he was ready to go toe-to-toe with her, he answered those questions big time.
I had doubts before that debate over whether or not Kelly had what it took to get over the top. Now, I only question how anybody who got so beaten down in that debate Monday ever got elected to Congress in the first place.
Agreed Tyler- you should have been at the one in Sierra Vista last night. He had her so mad that she ended up yelling at the moderator. Very unimpressed with her. I have to say that I expected more. Vote Jesse Kelly!
