I sure hope Ben Quayle shows up at Brock Landers! I’d love to have a drink with THAT guy.

  2. John Millbury says:

I ran into a couple of Ward supporters this week who told me that Jim understands that the race is over and has encouraged us to support David going into November. I really hope that tomorrow night we will see a united front in the candidates support of David Schweikert as the Republican nominee for Congressional District 5.

It just makes smart business sense and if Jim is the smart business guy he says he is then hopefully he will keep his word with his supporters and extend an olive branch tomorrow at the event.

I’m sure the other fine people in the race are already planning to do the same to save face and show that we’re in this fight together, not fighting each other.

  3. Bob says:

The Schweikert campaign is at is again – Hit pieces, whisper campaigns, blog trolls, lies and attacks.

Jim Ward is not giving up. This is the only tactic Schweikert has left – pretend he has won.

Ward is not giving up. He is winning. Schweikert is losing.

David should just concentrate on the slum-lord kingdom he is building with his hundreds and hundreds of foreclosed homes.

This is going to be a scandal one day. Vote for Jim Ward and avoid the scandal that is brewing with Schweikert over this. We’ll lose the seat again over anther scandal if Schweikert is allowed to buy this seat with his government-induced home foreclosure land grab money.

  4. Bianca says:

    Hi Bob,

I was wondering if you have any proof that Mr. Ward is winning? I am curious to know the numbers. Will he speak of that tonight?

Also, in fairness to Mr. Schweikert, he does not buy foreclosed homes from homeowners, he buys them from the bank. That in no way makes him a slumlord. I just urge you to check your facts before posting on here. That was what I was trying to do. But there are not any public polls out. Except the ones from months ago that show Schweikert ahead in the polls. Ward had like 1% to Schweikert’s 37%. But that is not today’s numbers. So, please enlighten us. You are being just as bad as anyone else who is saying they are winning without numbers to back it up.

I think what I am asking for is fair, don’t you?

    -B
