Since I recently wrote about interviewing Mr. Wilson, I thought it was high time I posted my interview with Ruth McClung. She was an earlier interview. We broadcast the video but were unable to record it via the internet, so we recorded it on a camera. We got it archived shortly ago at Grassroots Interviews.
By all accounts, Ruth is the frontrunner in the CD 7 race. I wish her a lot of luck!
Last night on Grassroots Interviews, I interviewed my client, Jerry Walker. He’s currently on the Maricopa County Community College Board and is running for re-election. It’s a non-partisan race, so his name will not appear on the ballot in the primary, but it will be on the November 2 general election ballot. There’s one seat the voters will be filling and Jerry has drawn a very liberal pro-tax and spend opponent.
Jerry would be a prime example of needing to retain an incumbent over a challenger because Jerry’s challenger is a liberal educrat that will protect the status quo. Jerry has opposed tax and tuition increases because he puts students first, then the taxpayers.
I heartily urge commenters to WATCH THE VIDEO first.
