Glenn Beck’s refusal to endorse Hayworth adds to “unraveling” of his campaign

In a time when being fully charged for the ramp up to the primary is necessary for victory, Team Hayworth must be running on empty. This week brought bad news, more bad news, and maybe some really bad news. The Yellow Sheet headline on Tuesday described the cash-strapped Hayworth effort as ”Losing momentum and ‘grasping at straws’ “, the release from jail of Hayworth’s sky-box lending supporter Jack Abramoff, JD’s adviser and Minuteman founder Chris Simcox accused, again, of some seriously violent stuff, the airing of the “JD is a Lobbysist” ad (but if it is for an “old friend” it doesn’t count), and now this….

Beck refused to say he’s backing Hayworth, the senator’s primary opponent…….
The McCain camp pointed out that Beck was the latest in a long line of prominent conservatives who have declined to endorse Hayworth, but this snub is likely to hurt more.
Officials with the Hayworth camp told The Ballot Box in March they were hoping to have Beck’s endorsement.
OUCH!
Early ballots land in mailboxes on July 29th. Real Clear Politics has McCain up by a greater than 15 point margin over the legally challenged, disgraced, and fired conservative talk show host and gaining greater numbers with every sample. No money, no record to speak of, no endorsements, but plenty of bad news…that all point to one thing. JD was un-elected in a heavily Republican district with bad judgement, poor representation of voters, and character issues among the complaints. Apparently the voters of this state agree with them.

I hope that every American, regardless of where he lives, will stop and examine his conscience about this and other related incidents. This Nation was founded by men of many nations and backgrounds. It was founded on the principle that all men are created equal, and that the rights of every man are diminished when the rights of one man are threatened. All of us ought to have the right to be treated as he would wish to be treated, as one would wish his children to be treated, but this is not the case.
I know the proponents of this law say that the majority approves of this law, but the majority is not always right. Would women or non-whites have the vote if we listen to the majority of the day, would the non-whites have equal rights (and equal access to churches, housing, restaurants, hotels, retail stores, schools, colleges and yes water fountains) if we listen to the majority of the day? We all know the answer, a resounding, NO!
Today we are committed to a worldwide struggle to promote and protect the rights of all who wish to be free. In a time of domestic crisis men of good will and generosity should be able to unite regardless of party or politics and do what is right, not what is just popular with the majority. Some men comprehend discrimination by never have experiencing it in their lives, but the majority will only understand after it happens to them.

I hate to tell you gullable dumb@$$e$ but Beck IS NOT AND NEVER WAS A conservative!
It’s a mouthpiece for the globalist NWO agenda.
He SOUNDS like a conservative. He says some conservative things. But that’s just to make him APPEAR to be a conservative so conservatives will listen.
Beck has NEVER been a patriot. He’s a paid ex-drug using hack specifically in place to peel off conservative from the TRUE conservative message and from TRUE conservative principles and action.
Same with Mark Levin, the former Democrat or David Horowitz the former registered CARD CARRYING COMMUNIST party member.
It’s best to turn those guys off.

Here’s the dumbest part about the McCain supporter campaign.
A vote for McCain is a vote for someone else.
As soon as McCain takes office he will retire so a handpicked appointee can take over.
In other words, the campaign is dishonest.

Everytime you post a diatribe it reveals your hatred for conservatives.
Everyone knows that if McCain gets reelected he will repudiate the promises he has made over the past year and revert to the amnesty promoting, TARP supporting lefty he has been.
So be warned, if you get your way, when McCain shows his true colors, I will point out that every reasonble person expected it!

Has Beck ever endorsed a primary candidate? I cannot think of a time that he has. He was pretty supportive of Hayworth after showing the pathetic McCain/Babeu joke, I mean commercial.

Let’s put this into chronological perspective.
Glenn Beck goes on Don Imus’ show on Wednesday, May 5th and gets bullied by Don Imus to say something he probably regrets. Don can be a real @ssh*le and outrageous in his rhetoric. (case in point: Imus called the Rutgers women’s basketball team “nappy-headed hos.”)
But just in case you still have not put the Beck-Imus interview into perspective, let’s go back and review the video.
Watching the video, it is pretty clear that Imus went “on offense” against Glenn Beck who clearly was against John McCain. You will even hear Glenn Beck say “Just because I’m for John McCain going away now doesn’t mean I’m for JD Hayworth.” His answer was also a rejection of the characterization by Imus of JD Hayworth who was vile in his language.
Fast forward to Monday, May 17th and Glenn is doing his own show when he steps up to defend JD Hayworth against race-baiters. Glenn then proclaims, “Go JD Hayworth.” Watch the clip here:

Beck can say nice things about who he likes, but that’s it, he’s a media guy.

That Boston Herald article links in the story provides no persuasive evidence that simcox is crazy. His only verifiable “crime” was entering a national park with a gun. Big deal, (see 2nd Amendment to U.S. Constitution). Anyone knows all a woman has to do
is allege domestic violence and the emasculated law enforcement of this state locks up the husband, or damges his reputation. Also, quoting the SPLC isn’t going to persuade me. They are notoriously anti-white and love a target like Simcox. McCain has had how long to fix the border? Now he’s a tough guy? Gimme a break. As far as Levin and Beck being NWO shills, what the hell flavor of Kool-Aid are you drinking? If you’ve ever watched or listened it’s obvious this is NOT the case. I like Beck, and I like Levin. Both are for stronger border controlwhich we need. Read some of Michael Ledeen’s writing about Hezbollah setting up in south America and argue with me about border control. Mexicans and Arabs can sometimes pass for one another to an undiscerning eye. McCain also teamed up with Feingold to hamper free speech, ( see 1st Amendment to U.S. Constitution ), who exactly is for NWO?

The arguments you make are hollow. Desegregation and the women’s suffrage movement were for American citizens of all races and both sexes. NOT ILLEGALS. Amnesty for illegal aliens will invalidate those struggles, and lead to economic ruin (see California).

Umm.. FYI – Beck (& yes he’s a Conservative -met him twice) doesn’t really ‘endorse’ candidates…’not his thing’…he does it very RARELY…. and he says so repeatedly on air for YEARS.
This is a McCainian attempt to create a story out of a non-story.
You might as well run a story that my father, who’s in the target elderly voting-block and has been a registered Republican since emigrating to the USA will also NOT endorse JD or Deakin… it matters not that my father’s been dead for 10 years, as long as it gets the job done, right?
This story [plant] is just more from McCain’s Progressive-playbook — the ends justifies the means.
I wish he campaigned this hard against Obama.

“All Men are created equal”! The founders had it right, when attempting to form a perfect union and they also knew that they were not there yet but knew we one day would get there. Lincoln moved us forward as did JFK and LBJ. This Nation was founded by men of many nations and backgrounds. It was founded on the principle that all men are created equal, and that the rights of every man are diminished when the rights of one man are threatened.
It is my contention that this AZ law is not constitutional and will fail when challenged (unless, of course, they keep adding more amendments), pretty funny for this so called perfect law, that many internet blogs claim it was copied “Word for Word” from the Federal law, which I frankly do not believe, if it was then no amendments would have been made, right?, of course.
As for the undocumented workers, as was attributed to Ronald Reagan “It’s the Economy, Stupid”. When the economy is good we say let’s all celebrate “Cinco de Mayo, my brothers” but when the economy is down “it’s all your fault, you damn immigrant”. This too will pass. The real problem is the narcos, arms and people smugglers and that’s what the focus should be on.
Don’t you find it funny that no one ever voted for Brewer for Governor, it’s all about politics and getting elected, do not be fooled. Busy Brewer has passed S.B. 1070, no permit conceal weapons law, the famous Birthers law, banning Ethic studies law, (could she be behind the Mural in Prescott, Arizona) and if history is a lesson she should look up Arizona’s House Bill 2779 from two years ago (which failed when legally challenged) and the craziest one the boycotted Martin Luther King Day, not wanting another holiday, how crazy is that. I believe there is an undercurrent to their enactment of new laws, they real love following a distinct pattern. Poor Brewer, last week, she first she said her Dad had died in Germany fighting the Nazi in World War II (war ended 1945) and we find out her father was never in Germany and died in California in 1955 (watch the spin doctors go into overdrive) and then she went to Washington and came back empty as always, poor dear.

The topic is not 1070 –which I was initially opposed to but read it, liked the changes made, and then I looked up case law and found that it actually IS Constitutional according as discovered by TWO UNANIMOUS Supreme Court Decisions… 1 in the 90′s and the other in 2005.

It is odd that there has been this big spike in right wing idiocy coming out of Arizona though. Texas has a higher background level of crazy and right now Arizona is like a supernova taking the attention. I wonder how long it will last.
Actually it isn’t that strange. Arizona has been moving gradually towards the middle over the last twenty years. The population has doubled in that time and a big part of that spike wasn’t old retirees who tended to be conservative, but a lot of younger families moving from blue states, etc. In 2008 McCain only received 53.4% of the vote here in Arizona, his sixth lowest vote total among the states he won. Now think about that, his home state was one of his least supportive states. Had McCain been from Texas, Florida, etc., he likely would have lost Arizona.
This state has a long history of very conservative, often racist politics and the supporters of those policies aren’t happy that they are consistently losing ground to moderates and liberals (simply termed as liberals in their tirades). Because of how the state legislature is set up conservatives still have a major majority in both houses but, when Napolitano was governor, she vetoed a lot of their stupidity. In fact she set the record for vetoes in the history of the state. You take her away, bring in Brewer who is a wing-nut’s wing-nut, and you see incredibly stupid legislation that was shut down by a reasonable governor make it out of the state house. At the same time you see an increase in non-conservative population as well as an increase in non-white population and the far white err, right is freaking out.
