Congressman Ron Paul will be in Phoenix, December 4th and 5th. He will deliver the keynote speech at the 1st Annual Arizona Campaign for Liberty State Convention. There are several other events of interest surrounding the convention. Please find details below.
Arizona Campaign for Liberty 1st Annual Convention

The Arizona chapter of Ron Paul’s Campaign for Liberty is pleased to announce and invite you to its first annual Arizona Campaign for Liberty convention. We are also pleased to announce that Ron Paul will be the headline speaker!
The 1st Annual Arizona Campaign for Liberty State Convention will take place on:
Saturday, December 5th from 8-3pm at:
Arizona State University
Memorial Union ballroom
Tempe, Arizona
Dr. Paul will give the headline speech at 9am on Saturday, December 5th at the convention.
While the convention is open to all, only dues paying members of the Arizona C4L chapter are able to vote at the convention. To become a dues paying voting member, please join the Arizona Campaign for Liberty by purchasing a $15 ticket for the event here:

Friday, December 4th, 1:30-2:30pm
Dr. Paul will be available after the rally on Friday from 1:30-2:30pm to sign copies of his new book End the Fed.
The ASU bookstore will have copies of the book available for sale at the rally. Pick one up and get it signed by Ron Paul!

What will you find? Ron Paul was chairman of the GOP Texas national delegation in 1976 to the Republican national convention, leading the delegation to vote for Ronald Reagan as the GOP candidate. In 1976, when you were rooting for Gerald Ford! LOL

What does Ron Paul’s rhetoric of years ago have to do with his current political behavior? From the RonPaul poll spammers and RonPaul rEVOLution pronouncements, one is not at all sure RonPaul is anything more than a virtual internet candidate – the real one faded out electron by electron to some electronic pasture in the ethernet.

Wanumba and Dee Ann:
The NeoCon Bushites and McCaniancs elected Obama. who is little more than the personification of what McCain has made a career of “reaching out” to!
Frankly, if Dr. Paul is a R.I.N.O. that tells me more about the current Republican Establishment and belief system than it does about the Texas Congressman.
I DO notice though that his H.B. 1207 to audit and foster translucency on the Federal Reserve and its domestic and international transactions, was co-sponsored by the entire GOP House membership! (I believe this includes Messers. Shadegg, Franks and Flake)
So maybe, just maybe i.e., his positions will be adopted by the party by 2012.
McCania and neo-Conservatism have run their “one big tent” courses!
What RP does push is the dissemenation of the Austrian School of Economics combined with a strict interpretation of the Constitution.
With the current mess that establishment Dems and Goppers have created for this country, he deserves a fair hearing and I’ll be proud to be at A.S.U. to listen!
