The case in question resulted from a police officer who contended that something unfair happened to him - I forget what - and from what I understand his case was proved when the metadata relating to drafts of memos relating to his situation was released.  The article was unclear; was the Goldwater Institute assisting in this case?  If so, good for them!</description>
