You guys are still shooting total blanks.

The Joe and Andy show is coming to an end.

Defending total idiocy by both side is impossible.

But some Federal indictments will be a game changer- so I guess that any contributions to Joe and Andy will be used to pay their private high powered attorneys.

Good Luck to the Republicans running next november- all of those pics next to Joe and Andy are going to be instant pizen.

The republicans have managed to drive their party into a big wide ditch.

And no Rinos left to even look reasonable.

Why do they call them “supervisors?” They don’t seem to supervise anything, certainly not Smith. They need to send that slime back to whatever rock he slithered out from under. Does Smith have pictures of the Supervisors with farm animals? It must be something for them to allows this nut job to continue. Smith is the root cause of most of the lawsuits. If any of these board members expect to have a continuing future in politics, it time to step up and remove this freak.

The extraordinary and alarming lengths take to protect Stapley says a lot about the entire group. No respect for the Constitution or for the taxpayer. We are just cash cows to them.

Maricopa County is at a crossroads. Do we want collaboration and cooperation or confrontation and coercion from our elected officials and by extension their hirees? Are we willing to support professional, ethical, character driven leadership or self-serving single-minded ideology from politicians who may have something to hide and who are not afraid to use their position to mask questionable activities? Do we want open government focused on solving difficult issues or diversion aimed at division of purpose and meaningful problem solving? Our future is up to US. We must step up and tell those in power what we expect and then support those who have the character we expect in public office. It’s ultimately up to us to either step up or shut up. I for one am not ready to be quiet. How about you?

Here the pitch – Smith swings and misses – again. Strike four!!

Strike FOUR?? I thought these guys would have been retired already. Smith and the BoS remind me of the gophers at Circus Circus in Las Vegas. You bop one down and another pops up.

How did we get stuck with these geniuses? Next election, we should go down to the unemployment office and pick the first five people in line. They get to be the supervisors. My mailman Tom, can be the County Manager. Guaranteed we will have better, more honest governemnt.

We can have simple rules – run the county like it is your house. Don’t spend more than you make, and if revenues go down, cut expenses. It is amazing what I can do around my house to make do. With a little encouragement, any department in the county can do the same.

Oh, and what to do with the supervisors and their amazing manager? David can deliver my mail, if he can figure out how, and I can drive the five board members over to the unemployment office.

Smith’s absurd demand reminds me of when I worked for a large manufacturing company in AZ. Draconian rules about how you couldn’t leave work site for lunch hour. I’m sure his demand will be met with the same attitude, “pfft, whatever”.
