Well, is there another state where 3/5 of the population lives in one county?

Maricopa is simply too big and should be broken up into 3 or 4 counties. Small-government conservatives should understand this.

As if there's no 'Local Government' outside of Maricopa County.

Question: Are 'local government' issues in Flagstaff or Yuma or Sierra Vista the same facing Gilbert, Tempe, or Mesa?

Not.
