Let’s not forget about the hostage episode at the Lewis Complex in which a hostage SWAT team sniper had a clear shot at one of the inmates but was ordered by the Governor not to shoot.
What about the corruption in the MVD under Russell Pearce? It was so bad, he was fired by the Republican head of ADOT, Mary Peters.

Again… who cares. They had to commit a pretty serious crime to end up in an Arizona prison. I am more concerned that the prison system didn’t get em sooner.

I pray that someone you love doesn’t make a mistake or bad judgement and find themselves in jail. If they do, they better call someone other than you. Do you not have any compassion? You sound pretty bitter.
Thank God that this is “Doctor” Kent’s last show. He has nothing! I wonder why the good “Doctor” didn’t reveal how he was fired by ADC for sexual harassment, malfeasance, and incompetence. I would be amazed if he still has a license to practice. The “Doctor” has an ego problem and as a last desparate gasp he throws this out. Where was the accusations when he was “working” there? The guy is a jerk who was within a whisper of being arrested for his out of control sexual urges and violent tendencies when his advances where rejected. “Doctor” Kent is in need of residential treatment for his own drug addictions. I think the Attorney General needs to look deeper into the activities of the good “Doctor”.
First, I appreciate Lynn’s comments and I have much to say about incarceration rates and “qualities.” Here are the facts:
I have seen many first time DUI offenders doing four (4) years of hard time. These are men who have families and jobs or had. Those are life destroying events and in each case there had been NO personal injuries; moreover, there had not even been an auto accident! All it takes is something simple to “aggravate” a charge, i.e. not having up to date registration or not carrying proof of insurance, having a minor less than 15 years of age in the car. That’s it and that’s all. They regularly get sentenced to four (4) years in the penitentiary and I have one case of seven (7) years. Mind you, these are first time offenders!
According to the American Psychological Association *Monitor*, (2004) at the then prevalent rate of incarceration, by 2030 one out of every two adults in the United States will have spent time in the Big House. That’s prison—not jail! This means we are fast becoming a country of felons! Be careful who you condemn.
Second, allow me to me address the slander and libel of whoever “Andrea T. Howard” is:
Dr. Kent (me) was fired based upon a series of efforts begun in 2004 by Drs. Susanne Arnold & Pamela McCauley because they suspected I revealed the fraud Dr. Rupley [Who has been appointed to his licensing board by our illustrious Governor Napolitano last year apparently as a “reward.”]. After Dr. Arnold refused to address Rupley’s fraudulent time sheets, on October 24, 2002 I went over my supervisor’s head to our boss Gary Pinkstaff. Pinkstaff requested a written report then did NOTHING!
The false charges of “sexual harassment” were orchestrated by Dr. Arnold in conjunction with Dr. McCauley. Read the report for yourself. Anyone reading it realizes that it was a set up of false allegations. Prior to those false charges I was rate extremely highly on all of my PACE’s and my superiors, Arnold & McCauley regularly tapped into me for ideas and I contributed greatly to the quality of mental health services behind the scenes—until I was targeted for termination.
Any “malfeasance” was done by my superiors. They hired him and they signed off knowingly on his fraudulent time sheets allowing Rupley to defraud the State for untold large sums of money! Moreover, they failed to investigate and sought to cover it up. However, that wasn’t the last cover up! And many more serious felonies were committed which ADOC Director Dora Schriro chose to cover up!
Also, Ms. Howard fabricated false allegations of lack of competence. However, she is correct in that I am not allowed to practice as a psychologist in Arizona as a direct result of concerted efforts by quite a few folks including ADOC Director Schriro to discredit me to cover up the crimes she allowed to go and remain uninvestigated to this very day!
Rather the Governor’s partner decided in very poor judgment to cover up everything and she relies upon the massive power of her alleged lover to protect her. Now, I have nothing against same sex relationships but one never appoints their lover to a sensitive position underneath them such as a cabinet level appointee! How can one “supervise” their lover? You can’t! And you don’t! If this were a male governor appointing his female consort to such a sensitive State position, we’d all recognize it for what it is: Poor judgment verging, perhaps nepotism. Members of our lesbian community are taken back to hear that our Governor may have appointed her lover. I wish Janet Napolitano would tell the public the truth about her relationship with Dora Schriro.
I’ll not address the remaining false, frivolous, slanderous and libelous comments of Ms. Howard, but I would hope she is not related to the former FHA at Florence because Mr. Howard was and remains an honorable man. However, the Attorney General knows all about Dr. Kent. I addressed the Attorney General directly long ago in writing.
On November 8, 2004 when I attempted to file my report concerning medical malpractice resulting in several negligent deaths (all of which were covered up, buried and the “good doctor” was allowed to continue to practice upon inmate wards of the State for at least another full year and kill more people) his Special Investigator TM refused to take my report. Goddard knows EVERYTHING because all matters have passed through his hands. From the emerging pattern, I discern Goddard has shared information across departments when he should not have allowed it. More importantly, our illustrious Attorney General chooses to support the efforts to cover up everything.
Later, DPS refused to take my reports. And the FBI was “upset” when they finally received a succinctly written report this year and the FBI wanted to know why I had failed to make my report when I appeared in their offices previously in August 2007. It was because their Duty Officer B sent me away. FBI Agent B said he wanted it in writing. It is a lot of material and as it eclipsed my marriage of 2005, it was extremely emotional. My first appearance at the FBI Offices on Indianola was in May 2006; however, I was gravely ill at the time—in part due to the constant strain ADOC had me under for almost four years and my health had been compromised.
Believe me, the Attorney General knows everything about me, Dr. Kent, and maybe even some things I don’t know about myself! I have provided information freely about myself including my medical records. I have cooperated with every investigation and I have followed all the laws and rules & regulations. I have reported everything as required by Arizona Statue and the Rules & Regulations governing psychologist’s licenses. None dare call me derelict in my duties!
Third and finally, the poster of this blog was in error and I do not appreciate my private e-mail address published. As I announced on air, I am now on KFNX 1100 AM News Talk Radio.
For your information I am not practicing psychology and I am abiding by the Consent Agreement. I have accepted my fate as I was threatened on a telephone call on November 6, 2005 from El Segundo that ‘they were conspiring to make certain that I never practiced as a psychologist again!’
It is shame to have invested all those years and discover how to treat & even cure difficult major mental disorders and no longer be able to contribute towards the health & welfare of society and to the body of scientific knowledge.
Truly, I have been beaten and I have suffered inordinately. However, please let the past go and leave this alone. Don’t call in asking me about anything political. PS The caller from California on 6 Nov 2005 identified several individuals working together in what he called “Plan B.” He named Arnold for one and hesitated but clearly identified the former ADOC Deputy Director Steven Ickes as the man of power behind “Plan B.”
More importantly that man, US Air Force Captain Muhammad Khan, conveyed clearly in his impoverished vocabulary that they were going to use my Board, the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners against me as a weapon. And they did. My Board was fooled!

Why were both Drs. McCauley & Arnold “let go” from ADOC abruptly at the same time in May 2005?
Why was Dr. Susanne Arnold “let go” from her position as Head of the Sex Offender Treatment Program at the private prison in Florence in 2007?
Why were the tapes erased from the public hearings of the August 5, 2008 Arizona Board of Homoeopathic & Integrated Medical Examiners testimony?
What are they trying to hide?
Are we not a society under the rule of law?

Dr. John Taylor Kent’s Allegations of Wrongdoing at ADOC
For five years, Kent was a Psychologist II with the State of Arizona at the Department of Corrections (DOC), working in maximum security at DOC’s central location. He has 5 degrees, in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Psychology, English, and Film Music Composition. He believes he was terminated by DOC for whistle blowing. He has had little success so far exposing what happened, which can be traced all the way to the Governor of Arizona—Janet Napolitano.
In 2002, Kent became aware contract psychiatrist David Rupley, Jr., MD(H) was billing DOC $200/hr for 10 hours of work each & every day while only working 3 to 4 hours a day. Beginning in 2003, inmates died because Rupley was not monitoring his medications properly. One of the medications Rupley failed to monitor was Depakote, which can cause agranular cytosis, i.e. inmates were dying from medication-induced leukemia. Kent reported this to his supervisor Susanne Arnold, Ph.D., Psychologist III and her supervisor Gary Pinkstaff, Facilities Health Care Manager II in writing but no action was taken.
For two years Kent’s psychiatric nurse, Vicky Brumfield, RN, Psychiatric Nurse II complained to Kent that Dr. Rupley wasn’t properly monitoring his psychiatric medications. Eventually Rupley started writing orders for blood tests for inmates but Rupley never checked his labs.
Depakote administration (the enteric coated form of Valproic Acid) has a PDR Black Box Warning. A simple blood test is required in order to prevent death by agranular cytosis, a medically induced leukemia that if not caught within the first six weeks of onset becomes irreversible.
In 2003, three of the medical administration staff, including Assistant Facilities Health Care Manager II Andi Cordova, expressed concern over these “unnecessary inmate deaths” due to psychiatric “medication errors” to Kent. Upon hearing this Kent went to his direct supervisor Dr. Arnold who denied any knowledge of any inmate deaths due to complications from psychiatric medications. Concerns were expressed to the head of pharmacy, Dr. Pinto, who refused to do anything either.
Other inmates at DOC died because their medical treatment was being handled in part by unqualified medical professionals who had regular master’s degrees, not medical degrees. Two inmates died at the Lewis Complex as a result of negligence. One was a young guy who had been locked up for DUI. He was taken off Suicide Watch by one of the unqualified professionals (Daniel James, LPC-12102), directly against the orders written by the doctor, and killed himself within minutes—which was covered up by Psychologist III Ben Shaw, Ph.D. The second inmate was left outside in a holding cell all day long and died in the summer heat. Both deaths were covered up.
In 2004 pharmacy and mental health staff openly discussed turning Rupley in for his blatantly obvious greed and defrauding the State. Kent sent off some anonymous letters to the media and others. KFYI picked it up and did an investigation, discovered that Rupley wasn’t a licensed psychiatrist; he was a licensed homeopath. Even though DOC required a medical license for that position, Arnold and her boss Pamela C. McCauley, Ph.D. hired (non-allopathic) Rupley to provide allopathic psychiatric services. Even though homeopaths can prescribe psychiatric medications, it’s still malpractice if you don’t follow accepted standards of practice and you kill your patients.
Nick Salyer, Physician’s Assistant II, with witnesses present, confronted Rupley about an inmate who was dying because of his Depakote. But Rupley refused to talk with Salyer and, more importantly, refused to discontinue the inmate’s Depakote. Subsequently, that inmate was transferred to St. Mary’s Hospital where he received a full blood transfusion but died anyway.
Since leaving DOC in 2004 unscathed, Rupley has been awarded and promoted. In 2007, Napolitano appointed him to his own licensing board, The Arizona State Board of Homeopathic and Integrated Medicine Examiners. The only disciplinary action taken for the inmate deaths was actually taken against McCauley who supervised Arnold. McCauley was demoted to middle management. And, the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners was used to damage Kent by preventing him from practicing.
Kent was informed by an inmate that he had heard Kent was under investigation by DOC. Kent had not yet been notified by DOC—a violation of policy. False sexual harassment charges against him were orchestrated by Arnold and McCauley. Kent says that the sexual harassment actually went the opposite way, someone was harassing him. When he contacted DOC EEO on September 9, 2004 to report it, the DOC EEO liaison refused to take his report. So he contacted DOA and gave them the report. When DOA turned his report over to DOC, DOC refused to accept it, saying it should have not gone to DOA but only to DOC.
Kent was finally notified on September 23, 2004 by DOC that he was under investigation and transferred back inside “The Walls” at Florence. Two of his co-workers told him they had been recruited and pressured to provide false testimony against him. Eventually Kent was given 40 hours of leave-without-pay. He filed a grievance appeal which was unsuccessful. In August 2005, he sent a letter directly to DOC Director Dora Schriro to appeal DOC’s findings. Schriro responded with a one-sentence letter saying her decision remained.
Another instance of wrongdoing at DOC involves the United States Congress student Loan Repayment Program. Kent helped set the LRP up for DOC with the federal Department of Health & Human Services. It is for psychologists who perform 40 hours of clinical service each week. But his boss Arnold applied the repayment program to supervising Psychologist III’s, who rarely if ever deliver clinical services, for her own personal gain of $40,000. Arnold’s boss Pinkstaff wrote a cover up letter saying her job was qualified. At least one unqualified person has participated in it, and another one started the program.
The LRP under the HHS is available to physicians, nurses, psychologists and masters level therapists; however, it is only available to health providers who provide 40 hours of clinical services each week and is not available to those performing merely supervisory or administrative tasks, such as report writing. Ellen King, Chief of the LRP informed Kent that McCauley and Pinkstaff submitted records (falsely) endorsing supervisor Arnold’s work activities as meeting the requirements for the program set forth in Arnold’s contract with the United States Congress and in the Congressional Record.
Kent was investigated a second time over a false allegation made up by a woman who had a crush on him that he kept a gun in his car at work. Co-worker Lisa Kaufman, LISAC was jealous that he was dating someone else and tried to get him fired. Eventually, Kent was cleared of any wrongdoing.
Meanwhile, his tire was slashed at work. He was sent home on administrative leave with pay for 4 months and then transferred from Florence to their newest maximum security prison, Eyman.
When he returned to work four months later, the woman he had been dating (and married) went ballistic, called his supervisors (John Trezise, Ph.D., Psychologist III; Randall Garland, Ph.D., Mental Health Programs Manager; and Mr. Steve Ickes), and claimed Kent had information that could bring the Governor down. She actually went and met with DOC Deputy Director Steve Ickes, personally. He is reportedly related to Harold Ickes.
On November 6, 2005 United States Air Force Captain Muhammad Khan called Kent long distance from El Segundo on behalf of DOC and his former wife Maria Kamilah Kleine, RN. Captain Muhammad Khan is stationed at Los Angeles Air Force Base with the Space and Missile Defense Command and Khan had been married to Kent’s wife, Maria Kleine. Kleine had been a Muslim convert.
Khan asserted Kent’s wife Maria had joined forces with others. Maria was going to allege sexual assault and rape ala Duke University. They threatened to use Kent’s licensure board against him to assure Kent would never practice again as a psychologist. Khan identified Kent’s former supervisor Arnold and others. Khan avowed DOC Director of Programs Steve Ickes was the power behind Plan B to destroy Dr. Kent.
Although Kent was ultimately cleared of the weapons allegations, complaints were made about him to his licensing board. Of the five complaints, four were dismissed. During the fifth one, false transcripts were sent to the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners in order to get his license suspended in October 2006.
The board’s summary suspension of his license forced Kent to give up two positions, a temporary one at the Sacaton Indian Reservation and one on contract with the US Air Force at Ellsworth AFB. His board said they would reinstate his license in 2007 if he signed a consent decree and agreed to discipline.
February 2008 his board nixed his opportunity for a contract position as Head of Psychology that Dr. Kent had landed at Boise, Idaho DOC by refusing to re-activate his license. Besides ADOC telling DOC in Idaho negative things about him, Kent’s “discipline” is posted openly on the internet for all to see. Kent has filed counter complaints with his board making everything clear yet his board refuses to reinstate him.

Dr. John Trezise, a psychologist and former boss of Kent’s, knows the whole story. Trezise is currently the head of the Sex Offender Treatment Program (SOTP) at the private prison at Florence—West. Trezise replaced Arnold as head of the program after Arnold was fired. He knows all about it. Under pressure, he will tell all.
Attorney General Goddard is tied to all of this. Goddard’s AG’s Office received copies of all the documentation in these affairs including complaints between various State licensing boards & agencies, the Arizona Bar Association and the Governor’s Office.
In 2002, Kent was diagnosed with a brain tumor. In March 2006, it seemed to have disappeared. The endocrinologist who was treating Kent ignored his complaints about the tumor and the horrible side effects of his treatment. After she (wrongfully) ordered Kent to abruptly discontinue his medication, in order to cover herself, Carrie Phillips, MD denied he had reported the symptoms to her, and in order to discredit him said he was mentally ill. Kent currently has a complaint in against Phillips with BOMAX, the Arizona Medical Board.
Coincidentally, his former boss Arnold was diagnosed with the same kind of brain tumor, an adenoma. Arnold was fired for having sex with an inmate patient. She was caught in the act of having sex with an inmate by nursing staff in March 2007.
There is no Sex Offender Treatment Program (SOTP) at DOC. It’s all smoke and mirrors.
The US Supreme Court ruled that the only basis permissible for keeping inmates past the expiration of their incarceration terms is if they are receiving necessary mental health treatment. In the past, DOC had a real SOTP on contract. In order to save money, Dr. McCauley brought the SOTP in-house where it’s run internally by two women with masters degrees who do nothing more than encourage inmates to fantasize sexually and document the enticement.
Kent found this out when one of the women, Lisa Kaufman who had a crush on him, revealed all of this. Kaufman said she thought “it’s kinda neat” that she and her colleague made all this stuff up and put it in the inmates’ medical files.
The Sex Offender Treatment Program at the private prison is not staffed with qualified people. Arnold put their SOTP together. They are supposed to have masters’ degrees, but Arnold hired people with only bachelors’ degrees.
During his board hearing, when Kent mentioned Arnold’s firing, he was cut off and prevented from talking. His attorney told him if he knew about Arnold’s misconduct and failed to report it, the board might find him guilty of misconduct. So he reported her.
After filing his formal complaint with the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners regarding psychologist sex with a patient and sex with a ward of the State, there was “a huge investigation” at Florence—West and there was a cover-up. Arnold’s files were changed to show she had resigned rather than dismissed. To cover it up even further, the woman who managed that medical unit and terminated Arnold was fired herself and forced to take a far lesser paying position with an insurance company.
Kent was finally terminated from DOC for allegedly quoting his estranged wife’s use of the f— word. That would never have met the threshold for sexual harassment in any court.
His ex-wife made a deal with Ickes to permit her to keep her nursing license. Kleine now works as an RN in Missouri. Even though Kent had filed two police reports on her fraud and drug use, which includes manufacturing meth; moreover, even though Kleine had been on probation previously for drugs in three different states (Missouri, California and Arizona), due to her arrangement with Ickes, she was able to skate free and clear.

Ickes, however, was not able to escape so cleanly. In the summer of 2007, Ickes resigned in lieu of termination in order to quash an investigation which would have revealed Ickes had hired a woman (also with the first name of Maria) who was not qualified to head a program under him in exchange for sex. Ickes hired Maria to replace Kim O’Connor (related to former United States Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor) as the Administrator of Counseling & Treatment Services. Maria has been allowed to remain in her position at DOC.
There is a hearing coming up in front of The Arizona Board of Homeopathy and Integrated Medicine Examiners to address concerns about Rupley—who remains on the homeopathy board.

● He contacted US Representative Jeff Flake; Congressman Jeff Flake’s office forwarded it to the FBI
● Detective Garcia, MCSO referred him to the FBI and to the Chandler Police Department
● FBI Agent Burns referred him back to the Chandler PD
● Commander Christianson, Chandler PD referred him to DPS
● Department of Public Safety (DPS) Deputy Director David Felix refused to take his police reports and referred him to DOC Director Dora Schriro in November 2007
● Governor Janet Napolitano ignored all of his correspondence
● The Arizona State Ombudsman’s Office recommended he write his legislators
● He wrote his State Senators, Representative and several committee chairs
● Lt. Praegher MCSO recently contacted him about his complaints
● Has been talking with Senator Linda Gray about it
● Interviewed by Sarah Fenske at the New Times but she was not interested
Other items of interest:
Kent said the truth about the hostage situation at the Arizona State Prison Complex in Lewis never got out. The first report they received that day internally via Theresa Zurbrigg-Walton, Psychiatric Nurse II was a young male corrections officer walked into the kitchen and discovered a female corrections officer having sex with an inmate. That female corrections officer was in love with that inmate and was in on it from the beginning.
DOC Director Dora Schriro denied Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s snipers permission to shoot both inmates at the same time when they had clear shots on both hostage takers without any risk to the hostages. That would have ended the “hostage” situation within hours instead of days.
After Schriro ordered Sheriff Joe’s men NOT to shoot both inmates at the same time when Joe’s sharp shooters had the clear opportunity to do so, Sheriff Joe abruptly ordered his troops to assemble and the MCSO grand-standed taking their time making a parade of their exit. The FBI also left and told Schriro & her governor to never call the FBI again.
Mr. Ryan was forced out of DOC. Since he did not support the governor, Ryan was told to leave or they would kill him. He had to walk off and give up his Arizona State retirement while McCauley was permitted to remain aboard DOC and pad her retirement with the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS).
● Inmates told DOC staff that Napolitano and Schriro have a long history of rooming together before moving to Arizona.
● DOC staff openly comment about the improper relationship (lovers) between the Governor and her cabinet level appointee.
● When Dr. Kent went for his meeting with DOC Director Dora Schriro, he was informed by her representative that she was not available personally because she was busy “having lunch with the Governor to discuss pay raises for DOC.”
● Before the Governor’s re-election Schriro had to be taken to the emergency room and Napolitano sent her there in her State car. ER personnel were shocked when it wasn’t Janet who got out of the Governor’s State car but Dora.
Kent said that there is a lot more to this story, or rather, series of stories. He said that as a psychologist working for DOC, everyone confided all sorts of things in their State psychologists.
When asked what he wanted, Kent said he wished it had never happened and he could enjoy his life and keep it simple, but his privacy has been blown. He really misses practicing and all he has ever wanted to do is earn a living, but he fears for his life.
Two of his DOC associates have cautioned Kent that those at DOC and in the Administration would have him taken out for that last walk in the desert, but Kent’s response is that there are worse things to fear. Still, as the man with the reputation of “the Most Dangerous Man in Central Unit,” which made him laugh out loud when he first heard his reputation, Kent said he’s not in charge of this life and as a Christian man, he figures God will use it all to His ends some how. How God gets glory out of this he admits is beyond his comprehension. Still, Dr. John Taylor Kent takes it on by faith.

Iris,Thank you for devoting your time to exposing the Arizona Dept. of Corrections and those politicians who have punished my son for being a whistle-blower. I am Dr. Kent’s mother and I appreciate the hours you must have spent investigating this horrible situation John has been thrust into. John had confided to my husband and me regarding the steps he felt must be taken to stop these people. We cautioned him that whistle-blowers face a difficult road. John is one of the most honest of men. He is sincere in his concerns for his fellow man. Psychology is extremely important to him and he wants to be able to work with our brave young men who have returned from Iraq damaged. Unfortunately the Arizona Board of Psychologists want to prevent John from ever practicing anywhere. How very sad when John is an excellent psychologist and has much to offer. This situation has been extremely difficult for not only John but for my husband and me. Three years of a living Hell for John but we are so very proud of him. When there are horrible wrongs committed someone must step up and be counted…John did just that knowing full well he would be a target. I would like to impress upon the Board they are wrong in what they have done and are preventing a brilliant psychologist from the work he does so well. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I to worked at ADOC and have seen many things that would make one sick. I myself was sexualy harassed by a supervisor and nothing was done except put a target on my back. so much for their policies. As for the inmates…. I was working in the kitchen when an inmate who was eating bent over and clutched at his chest. Having medical background I went over to offer aid. I could not get a pulse on his left side he was gray and sweaty but his skin was cold. As the medical building was close I called for a wheel chair and he was taken to medical. About an hour later I saw the nurse and asked if he was ok she told me it was gas. She had given him mylanta and sent him back to his housing unit. 4 houres later he was taken to the hospital and died of a massive heart attack that night. this is just one of the many stories I could tell you. His crime was a bounced check and I believe he was behind on his child support. Tell me did the crime fit the punishment? There are many bad people in the corrections they are where they are suppose to be but on the other hand do they deserve death? being placed in jail should not be a death sentance unless you are on death row. They do not treat their officers any better. They lie to us and bully most of us in to silence. And if you do speak up watch out they will do all they can to destroy you. Stand strong doc! Custodial responsibility means just that they are in our custody and we have the responsibility to their health and welfare both physical and mental.
Kent you were and are a damn good doctor! Always had a nice word for us underlings. Just keep telling it like it is. This needs to stop. Wonder why this story isn’t making news?

Yes, ADOC treats their biggest asset, staff, like “staff” are worse than criminals. Inmates have far more rights & privileges! Not that it is a cake walk for inmates.
And no, it is not fair to effectively execute an inmate because of a fiscal transgression. We have THE DUMBEST LEGISLATORS IN THE WORLD! Thet pass laws without realizing their implications and how they will be used.
Why does it feel like our trusted authorities are waging war on its citizens? Why does it feel like ADOC is destroying and has destroyed or attmepted to destroy the best amoung their staff? It is insanity.

ADOC Interim Director Chuck Ryan: Culpable in the Deaths of Officer Brent Lumley & Deputy Warden Ron Odom?
As I review what I have written I see my spelling and grammar are horrible, but then these are emotionally laden issues. Also, I must admit I have gotten carried away at times and failed to connect the dots. Again, something to be expected considering the stress & duress and the tme I have been under it.
This story didn’t make the press in part because of my emotionality and tendency to make broad statements rather than focus on the issues.
It also didn’t make the news because people don’t care nor do they understand. There is good reason to take a stand for justice for your fellow man, especially the down trodden who can not defend themselves.
Indeed, the few who remain independent in the media are fearful. They fear tackling a true & just cause least they become targetted as well–just like most if not all of the employees at ADOC.
There are no whistle blower protections in the State of Arizona. What’s more, even though the law requires one make reports under threat of penality of being charged with a crime for failure to report, when one lives up to one’s moral and civic duties, there will be hell to pay–at least in Arizona, where the territorial mentality continues.
Sounds as if Kent has some serious issues. I would go as far as saying this man has a break with reality and is a compulsive liar. Where’s the proof? Poor Kent, truly pathetic. It is obvious that he writes and maintains his fantasy to keep himself going, to feel he has a reason to live.
All of these conspiracies and persecutions of “Doctor” Kent makes this blog so obviously a ‘Kent’ work. Kent writes most of the replies and the ones that support him whole-heartedly are very likely written by Kent himself under a pseudo. The psychology board would be incompetent to give this nut any kind of license.

There are a lot more things I comment on in my blog. I think one will find it refreshing & challenging, especially if one reads the books I recommend.

Under item #29 there is an error. I was in error mentioning Mr. Ryan as the gentleman who was forced out of ADC under threat of death during the Napolitano Adminstration and apparently upon the former Arizoan Governor’s behalf. While I recall the officer who made that report to me, I was not able to recall the name of the actual man. I am working on correcting this error.
Sadly, I befriended a jackass on FaceBook with the first name of Kent whom I had to block. He had a sad case of oneupmanship and threatened me should I fail to join him in support of Israel!
