It is kind of like thanking the home invaders who raped your daughter for putting the sheets in the washing machine before leaving. Cutting earmarks is of little consequence when he is encouraging the destruction of the rule of law and the sovereignty of our country at the same time. I'm surprised he doesn't at least earmark the construction of a bridge across the border to support his libertarian open borders crap.
