Wow. Big change indeed. But I have to admit, health care, wages, education, retirement, civil rights, energy and agricultural policy, the environment, highway construction, the federal budget, etc., etc., are also things that occasionally come to mind when I think about governance. Of course, they’re all above Randy’s pay grade.
